I called ahead for a battery replacement, explained to G that my car was difficult to get to the battery, told her you have to remove a fender to get to the battery, gave her the make and model...she looked it up, assured me they could do it, told gave me the price of $230 for the battery, and instalation. I drove 30 minutes to the shop, gave them my car info again, and was told that G was wrong, and it would now cost me $311. Their mistake, and I either have to pay for it with my time, or my money!!

I spent $2700 there get my front end lined up. They said they put all new parts in there and I went driving it. It was pulling to the right. It shouldn’t be pulling anyway it was all new stuff and $2700 worth of equipment and parts. so I took it back to them, they said gonna check it out because after all it shouldn’t have been pulling no way no direction. He Took test ride and they said it pulled to the right a lil. So they switched the front tires around, left to the right right to the left. And he said it wasn’t pulling as bad now. So I took a ride and it pulls to left. He blame it on the tires. He said after all your truck is 20 years old I go yeah, but you put all brand new stuff on there. What else could be wore out and they did the bearings and everything too so .Mind you its 4 brand new tires so I wouldn’t take anything to Goodyear never again,

Been coming here for years and will continue to do so as long as I live here. The team at this location have been taking care of me since day one. Had A Message Come Up On Our Car, Indicating A Possibility That Their May Be A Problem. So, Peggy Set Up An Appointment With Goodyear And Brought The Car In, And Corrected The Problem, Then Reset The Code Off. Peggy Waited Inside The Building And Was Soon On Her Way Home. Problem Solved.

The staff a good year was phenomenal! I bought it in the same day I will need new appointment and arrive 20 minutes before opening. I was first in line as a flood of people arrived after me. One of the individuals continues to talk about how I might be waiting for a few hours. But didn’t take long within 15 minutes of my car hoisted and being worked on. It was a good feeling you know? Did an excellent job in the short amount of time go to Goodyear on MLK in Houma. They won’t let you down they may even exceed your expectations.

Poor service on 4-18-22 went to get a tire repair and the lady at the front desk was the worst. Sharp and didn't know anything. I have had a lot of car's there for service but not anymore. Goodyear in houma is trash.

Dropped truck off at 8:00 in the morning for a front end alignment. Get a call Back saying i need 1500.00 dollars of front end work. I told Him i didnt want all that just alignment. Never heard back. Called hrs later to see if it was ready for pickup and was told yes. Get there and nothing had been done. Picked up truck and went to another local shop And had them check what they said was needing replacement. Well come to Find out only one thing needed to be changed but i asked for an estimate to do everything they wanted to do to it. Price for the exact same thing was half the price and i gave them the buisness. Oh…. And they actually can do the work instead of leaving me hanging on a Friday. Thanks for nothing. Now wonder why the parking lot was empty.
