I walked in the store today July,5th2023 around 5-530ish pm to look around while my husband was in GameStop and I walked around and didn’t see nothing I liked well I heard the cashier girl tell the cashier guy see I told you she was just walking around I wonder why that was which was rude just because I had a small backpack on because I don’t carry purses and because I didn’t buy anything because I didn’t see anything I wanted I get judged I won’t be back to that one on mlk in Houma anymore. She should learn to not judge people

Goodwill on West Esplanade Ave . Is very clean and organized . It was the first time that I had been to the new location . I found a variety of very nice clothes and home items . The prices were also more than reasonable . I will definitely be going back regularly .

Had lots of good clothes. But store was dirty and only haf one worker checking people out. They must have went up on their prices brought 5 items things I always get here and it was almost 40$ when it use to be 20$.

The store was disgusting I will not be going back. I was there earlier in the week and I saw one of the employees smoking questionable things with a guy in the back of the building. I mean come on now she was just smoking it up right there in the middle of the day. I guess some people have No shame.

The Houma store was disgusting. I won’t be bringing momma back to this store. I was there earlier in the week and We saw one of the employees in her uniform smoking questionable things with the construction workers in the back of the building where they smoke thier cigarettes. . I mean come on now she was just smoking it up right there in the middle of the day. I guess some people have No shame.

I was coming to drop off furniture and the guy working the donation area was well, RUDE. He didn't want to help me, even though the pieces were heavy. But what can you expect?

Absolutely , grossly ,overpriced items. The nerve to sell a t shirt with a hole in it for $4.99!!?? I can go to Marshall's and get a brand new shirt for $5. Considering most people that shop here can't afford to go to the mall , you should be pricing things accordingly. The owners have gotten too greedy.

Prices have gone way up from what they used to be and selection and their quality have gone way down. I’m not sure what happened but the store is hardly worth bothering with anymore. They added a section of cheap dollar store type plastic picnic utensils and $3 bags of chips in place of electronics, plus most things start at $1.99, which includes the smallest of glassware. I think they lost their way of helping people in favor of bargain hunters, buying things to later post on eBay.

Always too hot in the store. Music is a little on the loud side. And yelling “welcome to goodwill green tags are half off” as fast and loud as you can every time someone enters the store is annoying. We can’t understand you until the third or fourth time we hear it.Biggest problem is not putting clothes on the racks grouped by sizes. Takes twice as long to look than other goodwill stores. If it’s a plot to get us too shop more it’s failing. Most of the time I don’t bother because it’s a headache.

They are selling items you can find at dollar tree for double and triple the price... All these clothing items are donated, and they are charging SO much! There isn't much of a selection of plus size clothing. NOTHING IS IN ORDER BY SIZE!!! You have to look through everything to see if they have your size. It's a bit of a hastle. They had TONS of socks and small totes and bowls you can get from dollar tree. They had jewelry & big lamps. One shirt I saw that was a 2X was $6.99 and one medium shirt that was button up was $12.99. that's a bit too much for shirts that have been previously used. I can say the best experience I had was speaking with the cashier. She was SO sweet! She took her time checking me out, and made conversations with me. She didn't rush me like most cashiers do.

The workers were very friendly here. And the store was neat. I dont know why they started carrying new items sorta like a dollar store with a stockroom filled up with stuff needing to be put out. Store was well staffed with friendly employees who were all busy yet personable to provide an enjoyable shopping experience
