Insurance company arranged for rental while my car had body work. They were very friendly and quick. The car was clean and in good shape. They kept me informed about the status of when I had to return car.

Fortunately for me I have had the pleasure of dealing with enterprise in Houma on Martin Luther king side and Curtis has helped me a load over the phone and being polite going through everything I need to know. Thank you for the help and for letting me rent a car for the past 2 months due to my car being In The shop. Thank you

I rented the car in Houma La and drove to Houston Texas. Once it was dark I noticed I had a burnt headlight and my tire light came on. So I called and I was able to swap cars which was awesome!But.. the gas situation was messed up. Because first car had more than half tank when I rented it and I had jus totally filled car up when I noticed light out. So I returned car full and got the second car with like half a tank. So I had to of course put more gas. Which ok I was using it, Anyway. I called to let enterprise know this and guy said that’s fine that my deposit shouldn’t be affected well he didn’t tell anyone about it and I still got charged for gas. It was only $14 not nothing to cause issue about but still. When I called and asked why I was charged the lady told me and I stated that I called and she said she had no idea that I called. Jus wasn’t right.But overall I’m glad they swapped cars for me

The process was easy and fast. The car was clean and full of gas. Couldn’t ask for a better place than enterprise they always come through.

We rented a vehicle due to an auto accident. We paid the upgraded price for a larger size vehicle and received a minivan. The minivan was clearly in used condition. When we attempted to open the passenger side door (a few days into the rental) the plastic handle actually fell apart in our hands. Rather than try to hide it, we called Enterprise and told them exactly what happened. Despite it not being anything intentional on our part or something we could have avoided, we were expected to pay the damage fee. There was zero negotiation or exception considering it was something that for all we know was damaged before and poorly repaired. I called for managers and corporate to discuss the issue and nobody would return my calls. We ended up turning in the van and struggling without a vehicle for the next few weeks due to poor customer service from Enterprise.

I'm a corporate jet pilot, and normally we rely on rideshare to get to and from the airport to the hotel. We weren't really aware of how available Uber/Lyft were in the area, and quickly realized it was non-existant. The airport FBO wouldn't let us take the crew-car overnight, so our options were very limited. We arrived 45 minutes before your branch closing, and hurried to attempt to make a reservation on the phone, also needing pick up service. On the main reservation line, the clerk told me that I would've had to request it 4 hours in advance l, and that the last reservation had to be made before 5pm (the branch closed at 5:30, it was after 5 but not before 5:30). So I explained my situation to her, and she told me what I could do in future cases. (Which I'm sure you would agree is useless when someone is in a bind, but I digress). So I called back and selected the option to speak directly with the branch. They answered, I explained my case, and after working out the logistics with an employee to pick us up, they came, picked us up, and took us back to the branch in the car they issued us. Also, I thought the branch I was talking to was the one close to the airport. Come to find out, it was the one further in to town, and their clerk drove 30 minutes to come get us. So in summary, after getting passed the standard issue reservation line rejection, they stayed late, came and picked us up, and provided a car after closing. They really didn't have to do any of that, and we sincerely appreciate it. I have let my company know and fellow pilots know that the Houma Enterprise is a 20 out of 10!

We utilize rental cars on a weekly basis in the industry that we work in. The Houma Enterprise branch has always gone above and beyond to make sure that our needs are always met. The staff is amazing and has always been very helpful!
