Our water pump went out near Houma while traveling to see family for Christmas. We were towed to Donald's and they could not have treated us any better. They jumped right on diagnosing the problem and getting the new part installed. My wife and 2 kids were treated great by the staff and they had us back on the road ASAP. Thank you Donald. I would not hesitate to recommend if you ever need any repairs in this area.

Workers were super nice BUT THE GUY SITTING ON HIS BUTT INSIDE CHARGED ME A DIFFERENT PRICE AND WAS REALLY UGLY AND RUDE. HE ALSO SAID BECAUSE IM USING A CARD HE IS CHARGING ME .95 CENTS BY LAW... DUMBA$$!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. I rushed to get my vehicle to them on Tuesday and by end of day Thursday still haven't heard a word about my vehicle. When I went to pick it up he had not a care in the world. Would NOT recommend.
