If I could give zero stars and post I would do so!!!
The absolute worse service ever just because the girl didn't feel like doing her job.
We walked in wanting to open a new account with them and use our phones she instantly looked at them and was like NO you can't use those they won't work and you won't get your money back.
I then tried to explain to her I went online said it was compatable and that I don't understand.
Lady looked at me like I was stupid and said what don't you understand they won't work that online is wrong.
Leave that location and go to another location and ohhhhh wouldn't you know didn't have to buy new phones and connected perfectly find.
Possible Manager in training definitely don't need customer service like that and add a title on top wonder how that will work out.

If you want very good deal on cell phone and your looking to switch go see the amazing team at Cricket Wireless 1299 West tunnel boulevard and talk to Koryn Naquin if I could give more than a 5-star I would they hook me up with a phone and phone case with screen protector and clip also hbomax and the best unlimited plan an affordable price they're very nice and help me to port over my number from my old carrier thank you a lot yall the best
