Charged us but never got data. Tech support was supposed to call but never did after 6 calls the techs had us go through the same steps. Finally requested refund. We were more than patient! We should never left the store until it was fully functioning. Went to Verizon for $10 more and no hassle!

The workers there are super friendly. I got a free phone from there and Vanessa (hope I spelled it right) was really helpful getting my data transfered and everything. I'll very likely come back here for all my phone needs

Always a great experience with boost in the Southland mall. Have been dealing with this one for 11 yrs. An always a great experience. The girls there make you feel welcome an they always go out of their way to help you.

They do not stand behind there products. Horrible customer service. They don't resolve issues as promised.

Unless you're the only person there or the ppl before you are just paying a bill, you'll be in there waiting and waiting. It's not just boost, it's all of them when they put one person in store to handlewo everything. I just does not work.Am I at boost or the dmv?
