I visited the Bestbuy branch a lot. The staff was always nice. They often had items my local Bestbuy did not have. Would recommend stopping by if you're in the Houma area.

Samsung sent me to the one in Houma for a phone under warranty and I was told I had to go 75 miles down the road. I assume if I was spending money they would have fixed it. Shame on you Geek Squad

Worst damn place ever. No help. No products on the shelves. Geek squad is the check out waiting 23min EXACT to just buy one item. MARK MY WORDS. BUST BUY IS THE NEXT CIRCUIT CITY. OUT OF BUSINESS BANKRUPT IN 2 YEARS. Says Amazon.

Said they had tv signal preamplifiers and none was there to the avail. Drove there for nothing. Make sure to call so you know your product is actually in the store. Besides that this is a wonderful store.

Service is terrible when you ask questions they don't want to be bothered really disappointed me because I spend money over there don't think they deserve a 2 rating anymore.
