The hardware store is a great place where friendly people are always ready to help. The employees often figure out ways to make a part work, even fixing hardware in the back when it is not. People enjoy the convenient service, the helpful advice, and the knowledgeable people who sharing knowledge and made modifications. The mom and pop store get more helpful service than a big name store, and the people are willing to help.
Always enjoy going here for my hardware. Super friendly people that are always ready to help. Rater go to this mom and pop store and get help from someone that knows what you need, versus a big name store where the help doesn't care about you.

Very convenient and the people are always willing to help..I'd rather pay a little more for the materials and get the helpful advice and knowledge sharing from the people, rather dealing with someone that is not very knowledgeable of what they are selling.
