Typical salesman. All talk with no follow up, they went through the effort to hold the car for me coming from out of state, but a true salesman would be honest in the condition of the vehicle.
The uvi process needs to be looked at again.
I had warped rotors and non existing pads,
Blind spot sensors don't work, the entire trim needs to be replaced and they didn't even have the correct size wiper blades on the Sorento.
I knew the risk with buying out of state but when you send videos and such, be sure to be as detailed as possible.
Long story short, they just cheaped out on the inspection and sold the car as is even though it was sold and advertised as Certified pre-owned which by definition should be ready to go.
No wonder they had it for a couple months.

Everything was great. 2nd car we bought for my wife there. Sales people are wonderful. Service department is not the same. Due to hours of their operations it’s virtually impossible to get there with two working people and young kids. Ac went out. Took to local mechanic and he added Freon. Too cold outside to check for leak and suggested to see if it holds and is a slow leak or if loses quick to get to dealer. . Well two months later ac goes out again. Bring it to dealer., just a few days before warranty expired. Lame excuse given that it was overcharged and there is no leak at all so all they could do was fill it to correct level. Well two month later, after warranty expired, ac goes out for the 3rd time. Refusing to honor their work the service department says that anything they find wrong will be out of my pocket. All they can say is that they found no reason when they had the car except for overfilling. So whatever is the issue the first time they cannot say. Very unwilling to work with me or assist in any payment to repair any cost when they find the reason the ac went out for a 3rd time. Will never be returning there for any of my business.
