I can not say enough about the sales and services team at Terrebonne Lincoln. I have had my Navigator for a year now and have received top notch service with every visit . Lance and Ms Diamonique in the Service Dept have been so nice and professional. Exceptional customer service with quick turn around times with every visit! I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the service center here! Miss Dominique was so kind and helpful and she explained everything clearly. I drove around with David to show him what was wrong with the car and he validated the noises I was hearing. A week later and a new part ordered, my car sounds completely fixed now.
I came to Barker in Houma after the Mazda service center in New Orleans charged me thousands of dollars for repairs that ultimately created this problem. They were unhelpful and told me there was nothing wrong with the car after two more visits from the original repair. I’ll never know if the repairs were even necessary in the first place or if I got scammed, but I’m just happy that I made the drive to Houma and got all the service I needed. I will be coming here from now on!

I have to say that my experience today when purchasing my new Mazda was supreme. The staff and agents I dealt with were the most professional yet kind and friendly people I have ever experienced while purchasing a car. Everything went so smooth and was done so well. Definitely a five star experience.

I told them my car didn’t start so they fixed everything but that so when I went to pick up my car it didn’t turn on still!! So they said it was a sensory issue so they fixed that. We got our car and no ac. Two weeks later our car won’t start again. I paid over 2,000$ for what exactly?? Because they didn’t change out half the parts they charged me for and I can tell. Still got the same old parts that were there before. Money racked.

Kris was amazing at helping me get my loyalty award when my car was totaled. Troy was great at getting me what fit my needs for less money than what I was originally expecting to pay. And James was outstanding getting me the interest rate and had me in and out in less than hour. Great job everyone at Barker Lincoln Mazda of Houma!!!

Have been buying cars from Kris Morales for years, so I drive to Houma when I need a new Mazda. We bought 2 vehicles on Saturday and everyone was super chill, no high pressure, which is important. Highly recommend Kris and his team. Plus, I LOVE my new Mazda CX5!!!!
