I mostly enjoyed our experience buying a car here. Kris Morales and our salesman Mr. Troy Kyle were exceptionally pleasant, and I love the car we bought, which is our first Mazda. Overall I'd definitely buy here again, just be ready for the hard sell on those extended warranties at the end of the process 👍🏼.

The sale person was great but I got the cx5on Saturday and they told me to bring it back on Monday so they can check it out and wash it knowing I live in Lafayette so I had it there for 8 and they went check on it and bought it back to the front to me they did not tear off any of the papers that were on the inside they did not wash it and on my way back to Lafayette. The windshield wiper alert came on saying it was low on washing fluid so that means they didn’t even check it never had that experience before.

Barker Mazda has treated me like family since I bought my first CX-5 from them in 2015. Ten years later — and after a brief Subaru detour — I am now proudly back in a Mazda — this time a CX-50 Hybrid — and reunited with my Barker family. I am reminded daily of why I love Mazda — fun to drive, fuel-efficient (averaging 35 MPG in the hybrid) and EXCELLENT customer service. Shout out to Kris, James, Bobby and Troy for treating me fairly and making the car-buying experience easy and stress-free — and to parts specialist Randy, service manager Lance, service adviser Dominique and service tech Jordan for taking care of me already! I look forward to visiting the dealership for my first scheduled maintenance appointment!

Everyone hates the hassle of buying a car. However, Terrebonne Ford they made the experience go very smoothly. We feel like we're invited to Sunday dinner at their grandma's house. Lol I encourage everyone to visit Anthony and the staff if you're in need of a new car.

I can not say enough about the sales and services team at Terrebonne Lincoln. I have had my Navigator for a year now and have received top notch service with every visit . Lance and Ms Diamonique in the Service Dept have been so nice and professional. Exceptional customer service with quick turn around times with every visit! I recommend this Team and location to everyone! Thank yall !

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the service center here! Miss Dominique was so kind and helpful and she explained everything clearly. I drove around with David to show him what was wrong with the car and he validated the noises I was hearing. A week later and a new part ordered, my car sounds completely fixed now.
I came to Barker in Houma after the Mazda service center in New Orleans charged me thousands of dollars for repairs that ultimately created this problem. They were unhelpful and told me there was nothing wrong with the car after two more visits from the original repair. I’ll never know if the repairs were even necessary in the first place or if I got scammed, but I’m just happy that I made the drive to Houma and got all the service I needed. I will be coming here from now on!

I have to say that my experience today when purchasing my new Mazda was supreme. The staff and agents I dealt with were the most professional yet kind and friendly people I have ever experienced while purchasing a car. Everything went so smooth and was done so well. Definitely a five star experience.

I told them my car didn’t start so they fixed everything but that so when I went to pick up my car it didn’t turn on still!! So they said it was a sensory issue so they fixed that. We got our car and no ac. Two weeks later our car won’t start again. I paid over 2,000$ for what exactly?? Because they didn’t change out half the parts they charged me for and I can tell. Still got the same old parts that were there before. Money racked.
