My car engine started overheating, and I pulled into the Houma AutoZone on W. Tunnel Blvd. I was immediately assisted by the kindest employee, Ernest, and another gentleman, who went above and beyond to get me and my kids back on the road, so we could safely make it to a car repair shop. I wasn’t sure what was going on with my car, but suspected I needed a new battery. I called and spoke with Brandon and explained what was happening with my car. Not only was he helpful over the phone, but went above and beyond getting my car squared away when I went to the store. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided the BEST customer service I’ve had in years!! Definitely recommend AutoZone on West Tunnel in Houma.
