I was greeted as soon as I came into the store. Asked what I needed and seated. The gentleman asked for my ID and promptly started fixing my issue. I refuse to go to any other AT&T store. My service person was knowledgeable, polite and fast.

I went into this store to do an upgrade for my watch and the employee added not one but two lines. One of the lines didn’t even have a device attached to it ! So now I’m in the process of trying to file fraud charges against this store.

My boyfriend and I decided to consolidate our wireless lines on my account to get the best cost savings we could with getting two new Apple watches added to our 4 wireless lines. Customer service rep Miles went above and beyond to help us and even showed us how we were saving money on our mobile insurance by having a family bundle. We were very pleased with our experience!

I was having issues with my sons phone not letting us turn on hotspot. We had attempted to first go to the ATT store on tunnel and they were very rude and refused to help. When we got to the ATT store in the mall Dustin was very helpful and with the help of his manager was able to identify and fix the problem. It was an issue with his sim card and they were able to fix it without any problems. I greatly appreciate the help and how kind they were. I will continue to go to this store.

They usually do pretty good but last time I went they sent me out the store to buy phone accessories elsewhere.thats why I went walk all the way in the mall I didn't want some garbage from some booth in the mall .

I did not want to deal in store. I usually deal with a box store that helps everyone, but they were having system errors. Another phone provider had horrible in store service and I was switching from them. But this provider, They saw my frustration when I walked in and they provided the best service. They answered every question. Dealt with my 4 phones and the constant stream of people that showed up to see me and my family. We were cracking jokes. I felt so much better by the time I left.

They lost their best manager and the staff there now just isn't on point enough for my liking.

Very experienced salesperson helped my friend get an incredible deal on a new phone and showed me a direct TV streaming plan. Nice clean store with friendly knowledgeable employees.
