Let me start by saying, I was about the throw my whole pool away!!! After 3 years of fighting the “cleaning monstrosities” every week during pool season, I wanted to give it 1 last go. I needed new hoses and stumbled upon Aqua Pool & Supplies. It was the BEST ACCIDENT EVER!!! I walked in with my busted decayed hose and met the most incredible people I could have ever asked for! Mrs. Shelly and her husband are the most funny & fun loving amazing couple. I told them I was thinking about switching to a sand filter system. I have always used the original (POS) filter that comes with the pool. Mrs. Shelly helped me locate a Sand filter that would do the job for me. Before ordering it I called her back to make sure I was choosing the right one. She remembered who I was and explained everything to me again! SHE IS SO AMAZING!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE WITH POOL NEEDS TO GO SEE THEM!
P.S. Mr. Shelly, you need to do EVERYTHING she says!!!!?

First pump purchased went out before 2 years. Had it replaced with one which faulted only 2 months later and them claiming “wear and tear.” Mind you, the guy they sent to install it, charging $100 (not including new cost of pump), installed it wrong as it stopped working weeks later. The new guy to “fix” it blames the other guy saying “he installed it incorrectly.” It now has a broken plug and he claims it’s “wear and tear” after 2 months use. Then wants to charge over $150 to “fix” it again. This is bad business, a rip off. Don’t waste your money. Find a local company who installs equipment correctly, doesn’t blame their employees and stands behind their work and products. After telling him how I felt, he said “do what you feel you have to do, we have an impeccable customer service reputation…” Maybe so, but this was nothing short of terrible business and I feel others should know.

I've been trying for weeks to get them to come out and fix my pool. We're into spring and ready to use it and I can't even get an estimate, let alone a repair. I'll be looking for another service company.

My husband brought our pool water here for them to tell him what he already knew... it's perfect! Keep up the good work! My only suggestion is that they need a pool boy uniform section. ?

The owners assist me with whatever issue I am having with my swimming pool. Once I had the owner come & change my pool pump motor that I purchased from him. Knowledgeable friendly and willing to go out of there way to get your pool ready for swimming.

I recommend everything about Aqua Pools. Katie was awesome. Dave and Chelle have taken up where she left off. If they don't have what you need, they will get it ASAP. They are more like friends than a business. Love these guys.
