I was one month behind on the rent, and I was trying to get a mattress out of the unit to gift for someone that doesn’t have a bed. Then the employee showed contempt towards me by having an attitude and alluding to me being poor because I was a behind less than a month. The staff here are morally incompetent ?

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Lady named Rhonda double booked the 20 foot uhaul truck we had a guaranteed reservation on and told us we would have to find one elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great storage facility. Definitely one of the cleanest I’ve ever used. They have great employees that are super nice and helpful. My only complaint would be that it’s a little hot for a climate controedl facility, nothing worth loosing a star over though. :)

I have used a lot of storage places in my life and this is the absolute cleanest one I’ve been to. Christina and Rhonda answered my questions, were polite and professional. I would use them over anyone else in the area. Looking forward to making the move there and using their facility.

The ladies that work there are very helpful and give great customer service. They always kept me informed when I had packages dropped off at the storage unit. I highly recommend this place of business.

Every unit is always clean and ready. When you walk in the lobby and the office it is always clean. The two ladies who work there are very helpful and nice.
