“Some of my friends needed an axle hub for a trailer. On a Saturday afternoon. The hub was a 5 on 5" bolt Circle, and 5 on 4.5" is standard. A dozen other places in the area did not have the right hub. They only had the 4.5" hubs. I called this local parts store owner to see if he thought he had one I could pick up during business hours. The owner offered to and then opened the store up for us at 2PM on a Saturday to check, and sure enough they had the right hub kit. The store closes at 12PM on Saturdays. Really the owner went out of his way to help out. And they had the parts needed, when no one else did. There's nothing like the personal touch of locally owned businesses.”
