Honest mechanics, fair prices, and excellent customer service all around. I was able to get my car in and out quickly. They also kept us updated on what was going on the whole time my car was in their shop. We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you!

They were such a blessing and took my car in on the fly. The windshield wipers went out in my vehicle, and I am a single parent. I could not drive my kids or myself around due to safety, and they were so understanding and fixed the motor right away. The customer service was exceptional! I highly recommend this shop!

Would give 0 stars if it would of let me, this place is horrible took 2 vehicles to them my son and my own both vehicles that were perfectly fine with no serious problems went down at almost the same time I don’t know if they are purposely messing up people of color vehicles or what !! I do not recommend taking your vehicles to this place bc it seems that certain customers are getting better service than others.

Went there for an inspection sticker the vibes I got was not very friendly and racist. I went to another place and spent money with them because when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and appreciated me for coming.I was told later on that superior did that to a lot of African American people.

I visited Superior Automotive on September 1st to get a vehicle inspection sticker for my Kia Sedona. I was greeted by Pam at the service desk. She asked me how I was doing and inquired about my vehicle registration. I had encountered some issues with getting my registration after an earlier accident and needed repairs. The repairs made Superior Automotive fixed my running issues. The registration issue was cleared up at the DMV after three visits. Today, my vehicle passed inspection and I purchased a two year inspection sticker. Thank you Pam !!!

Stood in the front lobby for 10 minutes. Nobody was there. Even called the front desk to get someone from the back to show up. No one ever did. I’ll take my business down the street. It happened around 10:23 am this morning.

So thankful to have found an honest mechanic in the local area. I was getting the run around and quoted $1200 to replace an AC control panel that was not even the issue from another shop.Ashton (excuse the spelling) was willing to squeeze me in and had the vehicle diagnosed and AC blowing cold as ice in less than an hour.Price was more than reasonable and the conversation with the sweet lady behind the counter made my day. I left as a very satisfied customer and will 100% be returning with any future issues.May god bless y’all and thank you for getting me back on the road so fast.Services: Auto A/C recharge

Brought my car in to get checked out because my AC was blowing hot. It took them 5 business days to even look at it. When I finally got a call they said I needed a new compressor and quoted over $1600 to change it. After looking up the part I noticed I could get it for $250. When I mentioned it to the old lady in the front she got an attitude. I told her I would rather get a 2nd opinion and they charged me over $150 just to look at it. I ended up getting my AC fixed for less than $400 somewhere else. I really feel like they were trying to take advantage of me, I will never recommend or visit this place again.
