This pilot has the friendliest people and I’ve been driving for 50 years and the showers here are the cleanest I’ve ever seen,most are clean enough but they all have dirt and crud in all the corners, not this one. And their fence line behind the trucks is so clean,,usually that’s where drivers throw their tires ,pallets and trash, but here they clean up after you rude,lazy people use the fence line as your dump!!!! So if you’re one of those idiots that throws your trash out,, please don’t come here!!!! I really appreciate the fact that they make an extra effort to keep it clean. The entire facility is extremely clean for a truck stop. And as I mentioned the staff is beyond friendly and courteous. I like not seeing a bunch of piss filled bottles everywhere. So safe travels my brothers!! And stop by to see this amazingly clean truck stop. I’m impressed.

Subway was great, but the shower situation there is terrible. Be ready to wait. I left after no one was cleaning the showers for 20 minutes. Waste of time. Watch out drivers.

*I always use Pilot Travel Centers whenever possible because of their service, selection, and clean bathrooms*. This location Doesn't even deserve one star... July 5,2024 bathrooms were a nasty mess, drink station was sticky with no cups or lids, trash all over the floor, candy was sticky....this store has several self check out stations yet we stood in line for five minutes when I asked the cashier why the bathrooms and store were such a mess her response was they were short handed and that she was running to clean bathroom every two minutes... But isn't that the purpose of the self checkouts to keep wait times low and give employees more time to maintain their stations?

Don’t try to get gas here with a large camper. Lot is too small to turn in and 1/2 of the pumps had yellow bags on them.

Inside the store was decent, had some stuff stacked up in the walkways. The parking lot is absolutely terrible, trucks parking everywhere (which is pretty typical for truck stops after 7 pm). What makes it worse is that they have a lot of different places torn up in their parking lot with cones around them where they are repairing holes or whatever issues but the way people parked, it literally makes it nearly impossible to get through without hitting trucks or cones- they’re so oddly placed that the people parking where they should not definitely causes problems. They probably have 15 to 20 spaces unavailable due to being taped off/cones while areas are being torn up. One of them is in the back corner curb, that’s the one that makes it so hard to get by with trucks parked on the curb where they should not be. At least 4 areas like this throughout the parking lot which is already smaller than average. Bathrooms weren’t as clean as they could be. I’d avoid it a while if I were you…

Mostly a good stop but the showers need love. Especially #1… it’s had a leaky shower head for some time now so I just had to say something. Oh, and the sink faucet too. C’mon Pilot… you can do better then that ?

The tall heavy set young lady kept picking my money up n giving it back to me. I simply placed it on the counter because she was busy with the register but she yells out I know u didn’t throw that money at me. I stated that I placed it on the counter because she was busy. I am a truck driver in the area n frequently stop at the location n work with a fleet of abt 30 trucks. We will not be returning there.
