After returning home from a long road trip, our car all of a sudden stopped shifting gears. We called O’Reilly’s as they were closing and asked if they could please run a diagnostic test really quick. Chasity and Caleb were so helpful and told us to pull in real quick and they would check it out. They don’t know how much their willingness to help us out at the last hour meant to us.

I was pulled over by 2 nice police officer's one night and was informed that both bulbs on my license plate was not working so two days later I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Haughton and these guys went the extra mile for me and changed my bulbs out and it took over an hour to get the lens out due to the type of vehicle I have. I highly recommend this place due to the great customer service I received from everyone.

My car broke down and I called the store before having someone drive me over. Chance was very helpful on the phone, verifying he had the items I needed in stock, and when I arrived. I was out of the store with everything I needed within 5 minutes.Thank you Chance for helping me get home 110 miles away!

I just wanted to let the world know about Assistant Manager MrRodney .. I stopped by the store to pick up some power steering fluid and MrRodney asked me a few questions about my car and I answered everything he asked so then he says well let me take a look under the hood come to find out one of my coil wires was wore out dam near gone he said this is a fire hazard this isn’t good to drive my car like that he went inside the store and found the part I needed to have it replaced He also wrapped the wires in electrical tape so that I could make it home safely. I explained to him I really appreciated him looking out for me he didn’t have to do everything he did I give him 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Rating!
