  I went to a competitor for a part that I needed put they didn't have. So I came to O'Reillys and they had just what I needed in stock.

  My car broke down and I called the store before having someone drive me over. Chance was very helpful on the phone, verifying he had the items I needed in stock, and when I arrived. I was out of the store with everything I needed within 5 minutes.Thank you Chance for helping me get home 110 miles away!
