Ordered on the app with a 30 minute delivery. After the 30 min nap the tracking still said cooking (cooked for 45 mins apparently). Called the store (they were busy), put on hold twice. After 10 mins they hung up (calls not answered in order, hubs called 8 mins into my hold and he was answered right away). After an hour of order placed in oven I finally got a hold of store and my order still didn't get to my home.

Walked in on my lunch break @ O'Reilly's Auto Parts and as soon as I walked in the door the only guy in there, tall skinny long shaggy hair point blank told me no to service, he said Chris Venables said he didn't have to so i said fine I'll go to Johnny's !! He was very rude, I don't live around here and that's not the kind of customer service you want in a store !!! I will not be wasting my time or money in a business with employees like this , something needs to be done.

worst pizza I have ever had The waitress was rude and when I gave her my order, she argued with me and then I still didn't get what I ordered. I will never go back there again never. I'm giving 1 star but not worth 1 star!

Good quality ingredients used, fresh dough and sauce made in house, and employees that are pretty convincing that they do give a damn about what is served. Nice and clean too, nice to know and see that some employees in food service still care.

Not this will make any difference whatsoever. Things like these never get address because of the society of "Karen's". I never complain but, today I will. I will NEVER order from your store again. When I was given a family sized bowl of lettuce I decided to give your Haughton #5215 store a call. This was the 4th time our salad dressing, chicken, feta cheese, and/or sardines were forgotten from our salad. I know sardines are gross but my hubby loves them. I finally decided this warranted a reason to call and complain. I was given a bowl of lettuce. A large family sized crisp bowl of JUST lettuce. Not a single veggie. Not morsel of feta cheese, no chicken, no sardines , no protein, only lettuce. I am completely serious when I say it was JUST lettuce. When I phoned the store I encountered a woman that you could immediately tell when she answered the phone was not happy with her career choice. She may have been exhausted from dealing with all the complaints but, who knows. I think she was rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. I'm a nurse and a business owner so, I have encountered many people that are not in the greatest of moods. When I realized I was getting nowhere with this "delightful" woman, I asked to speak to the manager I was told she was the manager. I knew I was doomed after that. We would order food from your establishment weekly. Several times I paid for extras, for the things I enjoy. Weather it be extra dipping sauce, protein, or even a drink sometimes they were forgotten. Stuff happens but it has becoming a frequent occurrence. I paid for both chicken and sardines. I was told by the manager I had to come to your store to pick up the veggies, chicken, and they were out of sardines. COME TO THE STORE! I paid the 4.50 for delivery fee and tipped my driver. (I tip drivers well) When asked for a refund on my bowl of lettuce. I was told they could not refund my card and I had to physically come to your store. I had a sleeping child and that was NOT an option. I was basically told to either "DEAL" with my family sized bowl of expensive lettuce or come to the store and pick up my veggies, cheese, chicken and/or refund. They refused come back to my home even though you were at fault for forgetting my items. The only thing I did wrong, was order from your store. I ate my delicious pizza and threw my 10.00 bowl of lettuce in trash. I should have put it in the fridge but hey.. it was the principal of it all. If I wanted a bowl of lettuce I would have gotten out of my fridge and saved my self the 10 bucks. Your establishment HAD by far the best pizza in our area and there are 3 other pizza places that deliver to my home. Pizza Hut will make #4. We always chose Marcos because the food was great. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I was in NO way rude to your very unhappy employee in any way shape or form. When my husband heard the manner in which I was being spoken to, he said his few choice words and hung up the phone. I will never ever spend another dollar of my hard earned money in your establishment. I should have just listened to all the keyboard Karens complaints on Fb and avoided Marcos altogether, but the pizza was sooooo delicious. I don't know if you monitor Facebook but your store has tons of complaints now. None were written by myself. I'm just read the comments and move on kinda woman. I just boycott the place and when someone asks where to get pizza. I tell them defiantly avoid Marcos unless you want to encounter the rudest manager, the "Godzilla" of all Karen's, have missing items, and will have to physically drive to the store if they forget anything. It's best to save your money and avoid the aggravation, and just eat someplace else. If you want crappy customer service and missing items Marcos the place. When you first opened I would read such positive and great reviews. I'm sure you have already started to notice the decline in your sales. Your pizza has always been the best in our area.
