They just got a new pharmacist/management less than 6 months ago. techs don't know whats in stock. pharmacist changes the rules on what he can and can't fill month to month. nobody ever calls to update. long wait times. worst pharmacy I've ever been to. needs to be shut down.

Everyone there is rude and seems purposely slow. We got a notification that my my daughter's prescription was ready to be picked up and when I got there they needed 15 more minutes to get it filled. I have given them hours to fill a very simple prescription. This is the 4th time I've used this pharmacy and every time it's sucked. I'll be changing for sure.

Just went through the pharmacy drive through and the young girl was sucking on a sucker and looked bothered when she finally opened the window. After giving her my information she closed the window turned her back to me got on her phone and continued to suck on her sucker.

Everyone appears to hate their job. The pharmacy lacks compassion and basic customer service skills. Went to pharmacy drive through. At the window, instead of asking for my ID that I had in my hand, she continued to have me repeat my name and date of birth loudly. When trust was lost, I went inside to speak w someone face to face...And although the woman inside was a bit nicer, she was not welcoming. It made me feel as if I was inconveniencing her.

Crystal that works up there needs to get another job she is so disrespectful.you wait weeks just to get your medicine.Her excuse is got a lot going on in pharmacy....... There is multiple people that is saying the same things. Poor attitude, poor teamwork poor everything.

This is the absolute WORST PHARMACY I have EVER had the misfortune to use !!! The employees in the pharmacy are Rude and Worthless !!! They are to busy talking to each other or playing in their phones to even help customers. If you think you can get someone to Answer a phone FORGET IT !!! I have stood there Waiting for service after TRYING to call multiple times and listened to the phone ringing and they just Completely IGNORE IT !!! Do yourself a favor and Find Someplace Else that actually cares about your business !!!

Terrible customer service experience when an employee told me I needed to learn to read labels and not trust items are stocked in the correct place. She stated it was my responsibility as a shopper to correctly read labels. I was with my 3 and 5 year old and she then stated next time it would be wise to put on my glasses instead of letting them hang off my shirt

I made an appointment to have a Covid-19 test. After I made the appointment, I was called and instructed to cancel that one and make it again for the same time because there was a glitch in the system. I cancel & make the appointment 2 more times, receive a confirmation code, and arrive to my appointment with my sister. My sister checks in with no problem and does her test. The young lady at the window says she doesn't have my appointment, doesn't want my information, or confirmation number. Thank God I'm not having symptoms because the lady attending the window was NOT gonna do anything to help me and that's what happened, I left with no Covid-19 test and no explanation?
