Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used! They have been out of my insulin for days and I called to ask when it would be back in stock. How does a pharmacy let themselves run out of a medication like insulin in the first place?! In fact, the last few prescriptions I had they were out of stock for a week or more. The girl answering the phone was clearly aggravated to be talking to me, talked over me every time I opened my mouth, and was so rude I just hung up. I called Walmart and told them about the situation and they got my prescription transferred and filled that day. I have transferred all prescriptions for myself, both me kids, my husband, and my Mother. You will not get another dime from me Walgreens (not like they care anyways)!!!

They pharmacy is a joke. I had an appointment for 10:45 to get my vaccines. I arrived at 10:40 and I was the only one in the line. They didn't say anything to me and then some lady they knew walked up behind me and they started to serve her first. Then once they served me they said my paperwork was incomplete and I would have to fill out new paperwork and to take a seat. At 11:00 I got up and went to the window to tell them that I was waiting and they tried to hand me my paperwork. I was there on my lunch break and didn't have time to wait even longer at that point. It was a waste of my lunch break and just a waste of time. They clearly aren't efficient or care about people's time. Not sure what the point of making an appointment is if they are going to have you sit there for 20 minutes just waiting around and still not be ready for you.

Pharmacy staff were seemed annoyed that they had to be there, and like I was inconveniencing them by buying my medicine there. Won't be back

They are CONSTANTLY backed up at the pharmacy. Every other place I go to get a scrip filled, it's not a very long wait, even at other Walgreens locations, so I can sit and hang out a bit to get something filled. At this one, you can never wait, and the consistent excuse is "We're backed up". Then, they give me a time my meds will be ready, the time passes, I call up and ONCE AGAIN get the same excuse, with a new time frame that's hours away from what they originally said. More staff needs to be hired, it's absolutely ridiculous.

Pharmacy is good, newer retail clerks are not. Newer, less experienced employees are more concerned with their phones than assisting customers at the register. What a shame.

Everyone in my family has used this pharmacy for the last 18 months. They are probably the least expedient, friendly, and knowledgeable pharmacy I’ve ever had to use. After this last RX fill I’m just going to change to a different in network pharmacy.

This pharmacy is the worst I've ever been too. Very unprofessional. The level of incompetence is scary when these people are in charge of something that will affect your body. I'm not sure who is in charge but someone should look into this pharmacy.

I called in to make a covid vaccine app and was immediately put on hold without any word from the person who picked up. 20 minutes pass and no one ever returns to continue the call. Lol
