Do not let this place deliver your packages my package was stolen by the worker and nothing was done! This is the second time this has happened as if cameras isn’t a big thing now they stolen some very valuable items and you can’t get no help via phone since nobody answers!!! This is the worse it’s like do you just hire anybody and let them get away with taking customers packages??

Closed at 11:45 am when their hours very clearly say they are open. When I showed up, the door just had a random sign that said “open at 4. Sorry for the inconvenience.”

They quite literally let me stand in the rain with the door locked 15 minutes after opening time. And then told me they couldn’t help me.

I have never in my life dealt with any company so unprofessional like this SPECIFIC one! My vehicle was stolen, I mailed off my insurance documents & key through UPS … they waited 8 days before telling me they LOST my package! Rene, the manager here told me my package was mixed in with other packages they were unable to deliver because of them closing for the holiday!Told me it could take hours to sort through the truck & find my package!! LOL!!!?????? a joke is what I call them!

I called to schedule a pick up bec someone told me I could. I have 4 LG boxes n a small. They said it would cost 15 to 17$ for a pick up, I cannot afford that, so I asked for drop off areas. CVS is nearest to me, but my pkgs are too heavy for the cashier there(she told me) and acted kind of aggravated n I got the feeling from her that this part of her job and this service her store offers us her least favorite thing to deal w. Hey, I get it, but there's no restrictions on how big or how many, or how much a pkg should weigh. I felt so uncomfortable, that I only left one small box. I will have to have someone bring me over the river to drop them off at the nearest ups facility if I cannot catch a ups man on my street lol. He usually visits my neighbor several times a week?.

Please have the UPS drivers double check addresses. Im getting medicine sent to my address for a neighbor who lives a street over. Same address number, different street name. This seems to be a pattern in Harvey this last couple of months. I have personally taken their important medicine to their home.

I have applied at this ups as a package handler and on the day of orientation I arrived at 5am, only to be told they didn't need that many people and that there was already 10 people they need by one of the employees. He thanked I and a few others that came and said we should expect a call in within a week or 2. I wait and wait and I have yet to get any email or calls. Why hire people if you aren't going to get back to them or have them work the day of orientation?? Very unprofessional. I called and still received no answer.
