Closed at 11:45 am when their hours very clearly say they are open. When I showed up, the door just had a random sign that said “open at 4. Sorry for the inconvenience.”

They quite literally let me stand in the rain with the door locked 15 minutes after opening time. And then told me they couldn’t help me.

UPS IS THE WORST HOW YOU GIVE A OPTION TO PICK UP A PACKAGE BUT THEY WONT ALLOW YOU TO PICK UP YALL NEED TO DO BETTER AS A COMPANY AND ALSO BETTER TRAIN REPS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
