“The staff is very friendly, they were able to look at my car the same day I dropped it off, they send pictures to update you on any problems found on your vehicle , and offer online payment. I will definitely go back to them if I have car issues in the future.”

“Our truck caught a flat, luckily this repair shop was down the street. But it was later in the day and the shop was about to close. They told us we can park it there and then get it serviced the next day if we’d like. We stay pretty far so I just needed to get a spare or used tire to put on just so we can get it home. I bought a used tired and this bald guy said they don’t do service with used tires. Which is okay. I proceeded to leave, and the guy came out behind me and threatened to tow our truck in a few hours if we didn’t move it. He was so rude about it, I couldn’t believe how he could be so rude for no reason. I didn’t mind moving it, but why say that we can park it there and then threaten us Another guy came out and helped us out. Which was VERY sweet of him. It’s just so sad how people can be so rude and mean for no apparent reason. At least there are some good people left in the world. Sad that one person can tarnish a good reputation w/ a really bad attitude.”
“Sam went above and beyond to make sure my flat was patched. He gave helpful information for my spare which was dry rotting. He acknowledged my presence immediately when I pulled in. They also put up my spare tire back under the truck. They checked all other tires’ pressure. Even when reversing out to traffic, Sam would risk his life by directing you to reverse safely. I felt my business was appreciated. I went to another tire place the night before and did not get any kind of service worth mentioning. Worth the risk of waiting a day on a spare tire and came here the next day to ensure my concerns were addressed.”
“I love Sam’s Club if you have an issue with something especially me I always use scan and pay. Sometimes I make a mistake, but they take care of it at Customer Service for me and by the way, the customer service girl is wonderful I had to go back on Friday and she took care of my issues that very second thank you Sam’s Club sincerely, Laura Vaughn”
