The gentlemen customer service was 10/10! it was my first time going and now i’ll be going there always to get my oil change & any other car services. My friend & i was offered a nice cold bottle of water while we waited as well.

The difference between this take five oil change and every other one in the city is very noticeable. Even though the receipt indicated they had, there was no tire pressure check, no wiper fluid fill, and the window sticker wasn't replaced. I didn't notice until later. I will not be back to this location.

I used to take my truck to the dealer, my wife had been using Take5 for a while.
After her insistence to use you guys, I gave in, I am not sorry I did. Thank you for the friendly greetings and professionalism and attention to my years of service in the military. From 1 to 10 I give you a 10.

I went to get my oil change because I got a 50 percent coupon when I get There I was told that I needed to get cash because the machine was down then when I get back I'm told that I can't use that coupon because that oil is not really all that great Well if it's not all that great then don't send me a coupon for it I'm in the system and you clearly know what oil I get every time for my vehicle so why not send me a coupon that is for my vehicle and that I will be able to use I don't like being sent something that I'm not able to use That's almost like a scam to get me in there and I don't appreciate that I stopped going to the dealership because I don't like being taken advantage of and I would hate to stop going here because I'm getting stuff that I'm not able to use and I'm not really getting a discount having to spend $100 on an oil change these days is quite tough so when I go there I expect to get a quality oil change and my filter to be changed and if I can get a coupon for that that would be great because everything is so expensive these days

Went 2 times an hour before they close, was told both times "We're not taking anymore cars". A whole hour before closing time, with 1 car already inside. I guess if they take an hour to do an oil change they can't be that good.
