I couldn't leave a review unless I put a star or trust there wouldn't be one. This dealership is a joke. They literally lie to your face. I expect that from the sales man but not the finance person. I've been paying extra for over a year so my rims and tires would be covered and of course brought my car in this morning for them to tell me it's NOT covered and the person who told me thar must have been mistaken. Absolutely disgusting

Bought my car there a few months ago and have had to bring it in twice for repairs that were owed at purchase. Both times I made an appointment online well over a week in advance and both times when I showed up for the appointments there was no one there to do the work that was scheduled. They had over a week both times to call and inform me that we needed to schedule a different day and they didn't. Next time I will be sure to call because there is obviously no one monitoring the online appointments. I hope calling works better because so far this has been insane.

Never buying another Honda, especially from here. As a Honda owner for decades i stop at the 22 Accord. They are making these new electric operated vehicles with poor batteries and materials. In two years my molding is coming off…my radio malfunctions…my window wont roll up and down properly and im on my 3rd battery. According to these people at this dealership these things are my fault. Im done with this cheaply made vehicle. Honda is losing its value with these cheaply made vehicle’s. Robert was nice though. Sherman, the service manager never came to speak with me after waiting to speak with him about these issues. Save yourself some stress and get a Toyota!!

I like to bring my car to this workshop, very good service. I have been a Honda family for seven years. I bought all my cars here. Today I was attended by a very kind worker named Robert. I 100% recommend this oil change and repair workshop.

Honda of Harvey was excellent from the moment I bought my car one year ago from Dwayne and David to financing with Monic to my maintenance visits with Linda! The staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating. I just recently had some issues at another dealership and Monic went above and beyond to provide me some guidance and assistance. Thank you Honda of Harvey you will now be my lifelong dealership!!!! They provide an amazing experience !!!!

The service advisor was off, but I had had a lot of problems trying to communicating with him, but the day I went to pick up my vehicle the service advise Malik Howard, the Service manager and Carlos took care of me very well. Kudos to the Honda of Harvey

Update: This was our first out of state purchase. lesson learned >> make sure tag and title info is fully settled before you leave. Marty was great help in purchasing my daughter’s first car. He was waiting on us when we arrived and made everything easy and quick. The car was fully detailed, filled with gas, and had a big yellow bow and tag on it for her to make a great surprise. We were pleased.

Excellent and efficient service on my pilot. I called around to all the Honda places in the area because of a recall and they were the only ones that would take me right away. Service was excellent. I was so pleased with them even though they are further, away from where I live I use them.
