I have a lot of roaches in my apartment they can’t fix that issue they moved me for 2 apartments and still same plus water start coming out from the ground my A/c was broke for 12 days
Management have attitude I believe her name Nadia I’m still waiting for a call back after 57 call very disappointing

I wish if I could give zero stars very disappointed management nadia cant communicate, and very rude I’m breaking the lease i cant stay here longer. Every time i call she have to give me hard time hang up the phone on me
My right to call if I have leak or cockroaches inside my apartment which i had them all
All she have to say it is nature if you don’t like it leave huh

Was nice at first and was told the unit was cleaned before we got there...when moving in there was a rat in the outlet just painted over. Constant mold in the windows...the "newly renovated counters were installed very half hazardously in a week the shelf hinge fell off the unit next door was ROACH infested so of course we got it. There was always
posts about pest control but no one ever came. Not to mention the gate was always open so my stuff got stolen of people would walk threw the broken pats of the gate to let their dogs poop everywhere and never clean it up. And the people they hired would break things trying to do "renovations" which to me looks like they just painted over everything. We lived here for about 4 years and every other month we would have issues with the water heater (expired and never flushed) the pipes would burst and have water everywhere and have all our clothes and items moldy even the room it sat in was molding and so was the space where you put your air filter...my sinuses would kill me every night...to deal with mold they just sprayed it with bleach water...we asked that they vacuum the water that reached to the bathroom and dinning room and i ended up doing it myself. We ended up getting a new water heater... it also burst or something we used a bucket to catch the water. Racoons would constantly destroy our trash they did nothing to fix this after complaining from me and my neighbors. Management is very rude and standoffish most the time they seem like they want you out of their face if you have any issues. And if they decide they don't like you the black list you so forget using them as reference...and make sure to take pictures of everything my only mistake. We left because they raised the rent this place is not worth the 1500 it was originally.
P.s only people who were actually nice were the maintenance people. They were very helpful.

I've been staying at Summerfield for over a year now and the environment and community is exactly what I was hoping for. The Friday food truck event is a great way to get everybody out and have a good time the DJ and the MC was on their Ps and Qs tonight!!!

I went to the food truck event in 2024 and I had an amazing time! Food was delicious and drinks was on point. It made leaving my little one with dad worth it so that I can attend the event ( 21years or older) The best thing about the event was that it was completely FREE! Plus they had giveaways as well. They are always doing something for the residents to build a better and stronger community and I absolutely love it!!! I can’t wait till next time.

Management does not fix apartment issues with urgency. Water leaks(floor,ceiling,windows). Constantly placing work orders with no results. Paying for trash to be picked up but if left filthy afterwards with old trash on ground. Pest control fees but no spraying done monthly. Terrible maintenance for prices as such.

Quiet community, spacious apartment units. Staff is amenable and the community upgrades make it a pleasurable place to come home too every evening.

Would give ZERO stars if I could . Very unprofessional!
For starters I got approved for my apartment , put down my deposit, signed my lease and had my move in date set just to get a call back saying that another tenant had water damage in their apartment and that since they didn’t have anything else available they would have to move them into my apartment!
… After I signed a lease ! Put down a deposit and had the lights turned on in my name which btw I now have a balance that I have to pay for some lights that I didn’t even use !!!!
I’ve never in my life heard of a situation like this. And not to mention I was also told I would be kept updated on if something else was to come available and still haven’t heard anything back. Thank god I had somewhere to go or I would’ve been without a roof over my head because of their lack of empathy and inconvenience.
