I had a problem and needed a RV person. I sent an e-mail asking if they did on site service. I also asked for a recommendation if they did not do on site service. I received a prompt response saying that they do not do on site work, but they gave me two recommendations. I they treat a stranger who is not going to give them business, I suspect their customers are very satisfied with their work.
