Was told they were gonna check if they had a phone in stock while i waited. Waited at least hour then was told they didnt have it in stock and theyre still recovering from Christmas... Waited a whole hour to be told "we don't have it". The employees were very friendly at least.

The staff said I have to change my plan to get a promotion on a new phone. I went online and did it all myself without changing my plan. I thought it would be easier to get it by going in to the store. Ended up wasting my time.

Horrible experience at this location! The staff is not willing to help here! Stay away from T-Mobile at all costs! Their overall customer service is trash!

Bad customer service ever.Go in there and they just sat down and don’t care about what I need.Don’t ask or say hello.I canceled all my services and do not come back T mobile.

Czar was an absolute life saver when I needed a new phone and a new plan that same day. His customer service was outstanding. He was very friendly, patient, and thorough. He made sure I had everything I could possibly need. I came in stressed and overwhelmed, and I left with a new phone and a new plan all set up. Thank you Czar!

I had a weird situation going on with my number. Hours on phone with IT. Oakwood store sent me to apple, who ended up keeping it over night to replace the insides. Back to oakwood store and after like an hour they said only Manhattan store could help????? Anyways.They went above and beyond. I mean. This took like 6hrs troubleshooting, assuring me they’d figure it out, replying sweetly to my mom asking if I was ok since they had my phone for so long lol, trying all sorts of tricks. They were funny, kind, and went way above and beyond.Also…being there for so long I watched a lot of customers. Y’all really are doing the most and saying anything and they were still calm. But also chill in public and be nicer to retail staff

Super friendly staff and clean environment. Husband and I thought it was closed bc the outside isn't as inviting. The windows have a weird effect that make it difficult to see from the outside but might be bc of the sun. Would def come back but its next to a great ice cream place so it's dangerous lol.

Honestly, the dude behind the repair window was less than helpful. The sweet lady at the desk was as helpful as could be. Unfortunately, it was mostly a waste of time since I ended up having to do everything online anyway.
