I have worked with multiple servicing companies before and hands down, Southern Loan Servicing is the best! Jessica is extremely responsive, attentive, and kind. I cannot recommend using Southern Loan Servicing enough!

After dealing with another loan servicing company that was not making payments on-time to the bank and not responding to our emails, we decided to go with Southern Loan Servicing. Jessica Brennan was awesome. She always responded promptly to all of our emails and made the process easy for us. They have their systems really dialed in, which has given me the confidence they will do the job that all loan servicing companies do. Even our transaction coordinator who has dealt with loan servicing companies with their other clients said working with SLS and Jessica has been night and day over the others. I'm looking forward to using them for our future properties.

I've been working with Jessica Brennan at Southern Loan Servicing for almost 2 years now. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I'm always hearing of colleagues running into issues with other servicing companies and I always recommend they switch to SLS. I have never once felt that SLS is lacking in any way. SLS has really made dealing with my owner financed notes a breeze, far exceeding my expectations. And Jessica is a rockstar and just such a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

Quite literally one of the best loan servicing companies I have ever seen. Jessica Brennan helped me get set up and she was the absolute best. She has always been available when I have questions on the phone, super responsive to email, and their diligence is out of this world. If the other workers here are half as good as Jessica, I’m surprised they’re not leading the pack. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone

We just started using Southern Loan Servicing to service our Bond For Deed portfolio in Louisiana and couldn't be happier! Their team has made the set up process easy and they are quick to answer any questions that we have.Best part is we don't have to think about our loans anymore ...Southern Loan Servicing handles everything .. we get notifications on our phone when our payments come thru and if anyone is late Southern loan Servicing handles that too. I would highly recommend them!

Southern Title is a 5 star company. I deal with them for my real state transactions and always have a good experience.They have done bond for deed as well as regular closing for me. They are very professional, knowledgeable and most of all caring. They are also fast in take care of your needs. They answer your emails fast, leave no questions unanswered and make sure the process is smooth and mistake free.I personally dealt with Jessica Brennan whom I only have wonderful things to speak about. She communicated with me every step of the way, her knowledge, patience and caring are some of the few virtues worth admiring from her.I highly recommend Southern Title! Southern Loan Servicing was great to work with when purchasing a home with owner financing. I have less to worry about as they take care of both the taxes and insurance on our new property. The service was amazing with quick response time and knowledgeable staff. I feel secure sending them my monthly payments and appreciate the text messaging when payments are coming out of my account.
