Employee working in shipping and receiving was by himself today. My appt was at 6am..By 7 I didn't feel my trailer moving. Went back in the receiving office was pitch black. I scanned the QR for assistance he came in. I asked what was taking so long. That is when he proceeded to tell me he was by himself. I said sorry for that I have a 6am appt I have a pickup at 8am. About 10 mins later he started unloading me. Get these guys some help that early in the morning. Deliveries come left and right early mornings. I appreciate the young man for getting me out of there after speaking with him..

Got my items needed, did self check out the lady was very nice helping me out at the self checkout. When I got to the cafe the lady was very unfriendly so rude rolling her eyes just because I asked if I could get an icee instead of the drink she said NO You have to purchase drink separately I said okay then she asked you still want the drink ? Like yes I’m buying right ?. I said yes give me the drink and the icee. I also want a whole pizza she said they didn’t have any whole pizza. She said they were out!

I went to this store to pick up my order curbside. I sat in the car waiting and noticed my order said picked up even though no one ever came out. I had to go knock on the pick up exit door to get my order & he simply asked if I was parked in the right pick up spot when there was literally only 1 other car there. They also never came out to see, so why ask? Horrible customer service at pick up like ALWAYS....

Sam’s is the best please to pick up deals. if you’re buying in quantity Sam’s Club Harvey is the best place to shop.

I miss the days where Sam's had samples of the new items that just hit the shelves ... if u don't get there super early u definitely won't get any... also just like every other store the prices are steadily going up smh ...spent 500 dollars and my basket wasn't even full

FOR DELIVERY DRIVERS: I’d give them 5 Stars if it wasn’t for the POOR PLACEMENT OF BOLLARDS which are literally inches from the trucks. Make sure to SLIDE YOUR TANDEMS to avoid hitting the bollards but even then it’s a bit risky so be EXTRA CAREFUL especially if you have SWING DOORS and you’re delivering at the crack of dawn, while it’s still a little dark out.

The tire center is absolute garbage. I’ve gone three times for the same tire to be changed (I have a warranty) I purchased just for them to continuously tell me that they either can’t change it, they don’t have the tire I ordered in stock, or their air compressor is down. At the this point I would rather them just give me the tire, I will do it myself. Also the majority of the customer service people are rude as hell.
