“DISGUSTING RACISM”
My experience at this car glass replacement center was one of the worst I have ever had. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was deeply insulted to see white customers receiving service before me, even though I was there earlier and had a scheduled appointment. I had to wait for two hours without justification, while my service was supposed to take only 30 minutes. This was a clear and disgusting act of racial discrimination, and I have never been subjected to such demeaning treatment before.
This wasn’t the first time I brought my car to this shop; I had been going there every time I needed my windshield replaced because I was impressed with the work of one particular employee who had replaced my windshield several times before. However, this time, it was the same employee who came to give me false and fabricated excuses when I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction with their service and asked if it was necessary for me to be a white American to receive my service on time like the other customers. I also can’t forget the looks from the Black African employee when I asked him how much longer it would be to get my car back, and his disgusting and condescending response after seeing everyone who came in after me receive their cars and leave. I will never go to this place again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Needed them for countless windshield replacements and minor cracks. Everyone is so professional & informative and always get my repairs done efficiently. I always request OEM for my replacements and they have no problem getting my glass. Thanks again I highly recommend!

Their phone absolutely does its best to avoid letting you talk to a human during operating hours. Not everyone has a case that fits neatly in a box. I just had one question.

I was in crisis mode due to shattering back windshield of a rental. This store should be the example of how to care for a customer. They truly went above and beyond. Not only did they squeeze me in, so that I can get back on road, but they also gave me a ride to get back to spending time with my family while car was being repaired. I felt like I was VIP status. Thank you

These review is long over due, I recently went to a safelite in another location due to me moving and out of my favorite conveniences I didn’t want to leave behind, the Harvey LA safelite and their staff is one. Marissa, Frank and Scott literally are the best! I’ll never forget my first day pulling up to safelite and Frank immediately greeted me, I felt like I was in a commercial. They kept me updated, understood that I wasn’t trying to break the bank and got my problem fixed. Friendliest and most convenient staff Iv ever met!
I went to a different safelite thinking I was going to get the care and kindness I received at the Harvey location and I was sadly mistaken.
If you are going to the Harvey La location for your safelite needs, be thankful because not every location gets amazing people like them!

Great, helpful and friendly customer service. Work was done quickly and efficiently. And very proficient workers. I am totally pleased with my new windshield, the calibration that they did, and the way they left the car so clean. All of that in less than an hour.

first off I messed up my insurance submission but Frank worked through it for me (without batting an eye.. on a MONDAY morning!}, got it all taken care of for me. Then Adam explained every option (it was a BAD crack), and helped me make a good decision. Then the work was outstanding. As an aside, this location is very easy to get to, plenty of convenient parking and a nice clean store, excellent people and quality work. I highly recommend.

The appointment to repair rock chip on windshield at residence was very convenient. The tech arrived on time for the repair. The Safelight’s customer service department is excellent.
