The service I've received from the Manhattan Branch over the last 18 years had been superior. From the tellers to the loan officers, each individual seems to be intent on providing the best banking service possible for the customer. Knowledgeable and efficient, I'm grateful!

Mrs.Daneel is by far the best teller I have ever came across. She handled everything thoroughly and she made sure everything was correct. I would recommend seeing her.

Zero stars should really be an option. On June 5, 2019, I drove up to use the ATM at this branch after a man was servicing the machine. He told me to 'wait a few more minutes he was almost done.' I waited until he was finished and drove up to the machine...HUGE mistake!!! I initially attempted to withdraw $680.00 from my debit/credit card. The machine returned a message that I could only withdraw $50 increments. I then requested the amount of $650.00 on the keypad. The machine returned thirteen (13) $20 dollar bills totaling $260.00, but charged my account $653.50 (a $3.50 non-customer fee). The machine kept $390.00. I sat there waiting for the rest of my money which never came. I couldn't believe it. I looked across the street and saw the man that had just serviced the machine sitting in his work van. There was a car waiting to use the machine behind me and I started to get out to warn them, but since it was dark and 7:30 at night I decided against it. I drove over to the service man and relayed the details of what had just occurred. He told me 'the machine only gives out $20 bills and he would go and check it.' He told me to 'call Regions bank and they will give me my money back.'I immediately called the Regions bank toll free number and they said 'they couldn't assist me since I wasn't a customer, I would have to dispute it with my debit/credit card agency.' I called my card vendor and filed a dispute. My debit/credit card agency gave me a temporary credit of the $390.00 until their investigation was complete.Fast forward a little more than a month later, at the conclusion of the investigation, Regions told my debit/credit card vendor that they paid me the entire $650.00. What????? My card vendor then charged me $393.50. I visited the Regions branch manager on July 23rd and explained the entire matter and gave the manager a copy of my receipt. The Manager immediately recognized that I had not been paid the full $650.00 and informed me the machine is ONLY stocked with $20 bills. If you [Regions] admittingly state there were no $10, or $50 bills in the machine and could see there was an error on your behalf either via machine or service personnel, you would think Regions would give me my money, right?!....Wrong. To date they are still denying my claim and insisting they gave me the full $650.00.The machine cannot dispense $50 bills if there aren't any in the machine. Regions is correct in stating the machine dispensed thirteen (13 ) bills to me that evening, but it was thirteen (13) $20 dollars bills (13 x $20 =$260.00 and 13 x $50 =$650.00). You can't get an apple from an orange. Opposed to rectifying this matter Regions is still refusing to pay me and stating they gave me $650.00. Now I have to file a police report just to get the video of what actually occurred that day. This entire ordeal is not only frustrating, but a complete outrage and dismissal of fair consumer business practices! I will never understand why Regions Bank refuses to do what is legally, ethically, and morally correct. Please spare yourselves the hell and aggravation I am currently experiencing by driving past this ATM.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. They will found a problem to complete your transaction where others don't. I regret regions

Zero should be an option. I have banked with this branch for three years. I make at least 3-4 deposits per month into my business account. 80% of the time they can’t locate my account even when I provide the number and a driver’s license. Secondly, the rules change on whether a customer can deposit and immediately withdraw funds from a business account based on what they perceive your worth to be. Before looking at the account they tell you they can’t cash a check written to a business. You need to write a check or go to the ATM to withdraw your own money. If you don’t have a check, oh well! However, when they do their job and look up your account and see you have the money to cover the check then the rules change and it can somehow be done. I don’t want to call this racial profiling but as a AA business owner, I’m struggling to gain access to my own money and told different ‘rules’ apply to me. Considering I have money in the account, no overdrafts or insufficient funds. Nor do I owe the bank a dime, this is ridiculous. Treat all customers the same. Money is green and lawsuits are ugly. No more Manhattan branch for me.

Tellers and bankers were not helpful at all. I made a deposit and it is taking over 3 Days for my funds to be available!! I wasn't even given a partial amount to use until the full amount cleared. I have banked with other places and they would at least offer a partial amount so you can make necessary purchases (gas, food, etc.). And when I called Customer service I was on hold for over 20 minutes just to be told the same thing..no money
