The service at the Harvey location is the best. I took my car in over a weekend and Casey was nothing but accommodating to help me out in a urgent moment. He took care of my car from start to finish and he was so assuring to me when I was in a stressed moment. I will not take my car anywhere else, everyone there is so pleasant to deal with.

I took down my previous review because I felt bad after working with the rep, but unfortunately I need to put it back up.My car's paint started peeling immediately after I purchased it last year. Hyundai issued a paint recall and extended the paint warranty, to which I put in earlier this year. Once I got my car back last month, I mentioned that I'm still waiting on the car to be painted.The employees do NOT return your phone calls. I call frequently and leave messages and nothing. They completely ignore you. I understand that with the amount getting stolen, that they have a backlog of cars. I truly emphasize with this.However I can call for weeks and get absolutely nothing. I have to physically go there to actually talk to the rep and I'm made to feel like a burden.Every issue I've had with my Sonata has been a recall, and thus, not my fault. Hyundai has offered solutions to make things right, which I have taken advantage of. However this dealership does not follow through.I'm worried about my vehicle rusting from the paint peeling and I'm also paranoid that I'm going to be screwed out of a warranty that expires at the end of the month.All I want is a return phone call when I ask for an update and I don't get that. I don't always have time to go down there in person, and again, I feel uncomfortable when I do.I do not like complaining or being angry. I worked in customer service for 17 years and I get that dealing with the public isn't easy.However this dealership has made me feel this way and I'm forced to be irate, which I do not like to do.I just want my car painted. It shouldn't take all year.

Tyrone Bailey was such a great help and I was able to trade in my car for the newer one within a short period of time. My schedule was jam packed and the car was an issue. They helped me take one more worry off of my plate and were so kind and professional.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Do not ever bring your vehicle here, my car has been here over a month and could not even get a phone call back with an update, went there and waited in person to get an update and it took over 2 hours to even get someone to talk to me at the dealership. Rude on the phone, promises a call back and I don’t get it, I’m having to Uber back and forth to work and they haven’t even touched my car in over a month. If they blame it on a large amount of vehicles waiting for repair, go look at the parking lot yourself. I wouldn’t send my worse enemy here. I’ve never experienced such a horrible customer service experience.

Where do I start, 1st the salesman was respectful and informative and every question I asked him he answered perfectly. The sales manager was the best...he me feel like we were family...all n all I had the best experience at Ray Brandt Hyundai!! I will tell someone to go a buy from Ray Brandt Motor Group!!

Just went to buy a car from them. The salesman was very nice. But we agreed on a price that would fit our budget and when we was going to the finance guy to sign the papers, they raised the monthly payments by $38 more dollars. That was a very sneaky thing to do. I will not go there again. SMDH

My wife purchased a vehicle from this location and not long afterward was involved in an accident. The vehicle was totaled and gap notified us that we could get the warranty refunded by the dealer. Dealing with the finance department is a nightmare here. They didn’t listen to my wife and canceled the gap and didn’t process her refund, giving her the runaround. They actually blame her for the screw up. Very unprofessional, avoid this place. I almost lost my wife to this accident, and they are not trying to make the situation better at all.

My SIL has been trying to get GAP insurance canceled since September 2022 ( 6 MONTHS AGO). Spoke to Bruce, 6 months ago & Bernard, 2 months ago..STILL NOT COMPLETED. The company has no record of receiving their signed cancelation document from the dealership still today. ?
