Horrible service!! This has been the worst experience ever with the service department. We had to get a new engine. The mechanic said he don’t know why the new engine isn’t working and he can’t spend all day on our truck because he has other cars to service. They promised us our truck would be ready more than 3 weeks ago. We can’t get Toosdi the service manager on the phone. Every time we call for the service manager the receptionist has Moe (a service employee) call us back. They ignore your calls. They don’t know when the truck will be ready. They don’t call with updates and refused us a courtesy vehicle because our claim was through the warranty company. However once they put in the new engine that is covered by Dodge it seems like a courtesy vehicle should be provided since the new engine is not working the problem is on them and not the warranty company. This place is pathetic!!

I don't know how this place has been given 4 stars by anyone. Maybe it is sales because their service department is a joke. I have to go there because it is the only place that can service my car due to warranty; and the stories I could tell are like bad "I Love Lucy" episodes, except where everyone is sour-faced, incompetent, and rude. My favorite funny episode so far is when they told me I would have to leave my car for 3 months before it would even be looked at because they don't do appointments - even though the issue could be life-threatening. Who is paying the note for that time, will they be taking it over? Will they be giving me a rental? And trying to get any answer other than, "it is what it is" is like mining for gold. Do yourself a favor and take your car ANYWHERE else. Even to just a friend down the block who has no idea how to take care of cars...it literally cannot be worse than this place.

If I could rate this "business" a zero I would. I purchased a used 2017, Fiat 500 X in July 2019. I've had to buy more than eight tires for this car already. (Paid for them all out of pocket of course) I've had terrible to no customer service whatsoever. I have been given the runaround on the phone and in person. Always being told that they don't have any appointment slots available. Basically this place is trash. The employees don't care about any of your vehicle's problems. They don't even care about their customers. I was so excited to purchase my first car and to have it turn out like this, where I can't even get good customer service (despite the fact that my car literally hasn't turned on in over 2 weeks, is still covered by manufacturer warranty, and is my primary source of transportation), is a never ending gut punch. I am making it my business to let others know how terrible this dealership's service department is. I truly wouldn't wish this experience on anyone else. Garbage.

I was eventually directed to the service department for a replacement key fob for my Dodge Ram. The guy in the service department was as bad as anyone could imagine. He was exceedingly inarticulate/poorly spoken, bad word usage, pronunciation, & grammar. He was unknowledgeable about anything to do with key fobs, eventually directing me to a knockoff store a couple of blocks down The Expressway. I will never go to RB Dodge if they can not hire anyone better than this guy. ~ Also, the parts department charges 3.5% on the total bill if you use a credit card. They to not tell you this. You just have to see the 'non-cash adjustment' on your receipt.

After calling several dealers this was the only place that had appointments so I dropped off my jeep to get the check engine light checked, was promise to hear back within a few days. I kept calling for updates heard the same thing " waiting for the tech to check it " nothing else. My service advisor was Royal. Is so hard to get in touch with them bc they keep hanging the phone on you or putting you on hold. After 2 weeks of no new updates I decided to pick up my car. Turns out my car had 15 more miles on it and the check engine light wasn't on anymore! A car that apparently they never got the chance to check. I spoke to the service director and she was going to look into it and call me back, still waiting on that phone call lol. Make sure you take a picture of your mileage! and save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere else!

By far the worst experience I have ever had in my life time from anywhere. my jeep was in their possession for over two months and i took it in for what FELT like minor issues only for them to come back and tell me I needed all of these things done and now my car is running not better but worse!! I am terrified to get on the interstate now because whatever they did to my jeep, it’s extremely hard for me to keep control over it at a certain speed. The first month was a lot of back and forth then supposedly all of the techs quit and there was no one to work on my car, spent almost two weeks trying to get them to contact the proper warranty companies. Then i get told that my exhaust needs to be replaced and it’s going to cost me $2,500 + for the part…. Scam artists and it’s a damn shame that they are able to get away with this kind of stuff

Not at all happy with the quality of service that I did not receive. Why schedule a time for service and not have technicians assigned to service the vehicle. The service advisor (Tarez Hill) did not even care.

Not at all happy with the quality of service that I did not receive. I say this because I dropped my truck of at the scheduled time and 10 days later it had not even been looked at. During the 10 days they had my vehicle there was no contact on the service departments part. Why schedule a time for service and not have technicians assigned to service the vehicle. The service advisor (Tarez Hill) did not even care. When I decided to just pick up my vehicle and find service elsewhere n they had difficulty locating my keys. The service dept should be fired and replaced with competent personnel. With that said Cynthia should be made service manager. She has provided excellent service in the past and is the reason I have continued to use this location for my service. This will change now, unless changes are made within the service department.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst experience I've had for a service check. It took 2 weeks. My "service advisor" Royal B. was never there, and did not follow up on information or phone calls. I was uninformed the entire time my truck was there. It got to the point where I had to say do not touch the truck I'm coming to pick it up. Then they tried to overcharge me for services that were never performed. Do not bring your vehicle here.

Took my Jeep in for a 60,000 mile tune up and was completely ripped off for an inspection, they tried to tell me I had to spend $800 on new brakes and rotor resurfacing. The brakes were new and they flat out lied. They also tried to throw a whole bunch of other unnecessary things at me like an AC Service (AC works perfect). Tried to charge me $2600 in total. It was a filthy money grab. Don’t trust this place.I’m not going to leave my phone number online, how about you give me a number to call?
