This is my least favorite Kia dealership. If you can totally avoid this location. The service center took over 90 days to finish my vehicle. Vicky in the service department is extremely rude. The entire time the vehicle was in their possession I never received 1 call or update. I asked for additional work to be completed while my car was in their service center, none of my additional service requests were completed. Vicky was difficult and hard to work with, perhaps she should not be in the business. Now her direct manager on the other hand was an angel. I hope this is helpful

Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. First appointment to take my truck in for an assessment. Dec.3rd 2pm…front desk secretary was out to lunch so one of the employees “checked me in”, asked nature of my visit since he didn’t see anything of my appointment. Still took my assessment, walked the vehicle with me, told me they’d call me the following week for a estimated date of when the repairs could get done. NEVER GOT A CALL. Called back 2 weeks after the 3rd of December to refresh the “brains” of this shop of my visit (which they forgot, “fell through the cracks”). New appointment for February 21st to take the truck in for the repairs. Wife called to verify appointment today and again no knowledge of my upcoming appointment on their end. I get that we are in a supply shortage and high demand of appointments for repairs but this was 2 strikes (red flags) of incompetency for whom ever is responsible for typing or writing down appointments.

Free oil change, nice waiting area with tv, complimentary water bottles, staff were pleasant, time of service was just as the advisor said.., what more can you ask for!

Worst dealership on the Westbank. Dirty, smelly “new cars”. If you want to test drive certain models, the manager says no. I’ll never ever buy a car from this dealership.
