Never will go Back again very poor quality, only one lady was nice the other was very ruff on my toes and my nails were two different lengths on both fingers, my left hand was lighter and my other finger was darker. Also my toes came off the next day and my nails were very Crooked and I do not recommend.

I wouldn’t go back, got a short refill and paid 32 dollars. There’s cheaper better quality options on Manhattan for sure. Not worth it and the tech was rough as h*ll

don't go to this nail shop even if you are desperate. they just opened back up due to corona and they call themselves taking safety precautions by having you put hand sanitizer on your hands while one of the men working here cross contaminated EVERYTHING with his gloves. when he went to clean the pedicures seats/bowl he sprayed the seat with alcohol and then used a towel to wipe it and ended up putting that towel on the bowl where the customers feet goes. and DONT EVER GET OMBRE HERE. the way the "OWNER" did my nails was a disgrace, there was no blend in the ombre. she tried to tell me how ombre goes but i had to show numerous pictures of how ombre is supposed to look. and then she kept trying to justify why it looked the way it did. so i told her just give me all one color, im very disappointed in the way my nails look. i will never come back here ever again .... THERE WAS MUCH MORE THAT HAPPENED BUT THIS WAS WHAT REALLY GOT TO ME. never come here. ever.

Worst experience out of the other three . I usually only come because it's close to home. If I add nails I have to go through an act of Congress to get them remove, polish (gel) never last longer than a week, and heaven forbid I get a regular polish my 2 year old can administrer Berrer service. I arrived at the salon at 5:56pm seated at 615 and wasn't attempted to be worked on until 7 pm acetone was applied . Once again only two workers to six individuals. I waited patiently then all of a sudden the lady in the pedicure chair decided to get a manicure , and they last straw was reached when she began to work on her nails like as if didn't exist. I will never attempt to revisit this place. Then the audacity to ask can I come Tomorrow . Patients will ask me at work why are my nails so hideous and I will reply this is the work of Q nails on Lapalco. Thanks for the effortless work.

I went for a refill (which was rushed) and realized the next day that they didn't put enough acrylic on my cracked nailso it split the same day . Went back to get it fixed and they told me to come back. I will never come her again
