Paul was so friendly and responsive to my needs. He installed a transfer switch for my generator and texted me pictures while I was at work to ensure he put the switch exactly where I wanted it. His work was clean and efficient, I’m so glad I found him. His employees Tim and Devin came to finish the job and I was amazed how customer centric these guys were. Paul is lucky to have them. They even mapped my electric panel so I know what breaker goes to each part of the house. They didn’t have to do that. Then my daughter was real picky about anyone going in her room and Devin was super careful not to disturb anything in her room. They were so clean that they took their shoes off at the door because it was a little dirty outside and didn’t want to track dirt in my home. That’s super customer service. Everyone was on time, listened to what I wanted, and discussed all options with me. They even showed me how to use everything. I used them a year earlier for a small job switching a hard wired kitchen range to a regular plug range. He was so clean and efficient doing that job and I was so was pleased there was no question that I wanted to use them for a slightly larger job installing a generator transfer switch. I would definitely recommend using them for electrical needs inside or outside the house. I’ll use them again and recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors. Very fast response time! Called at 7pm and they were able to be here the same night and get us power back up and running! Very very thankful for the same day late night service as we need power for my sons medical equipment. 100% would recommend them and will be calling them for any electrical needs!Service: General repairs
