“FYI, if you're going to return any box from Amazon or whomever, be sure your box is taped up ! Bring a roll. packaging tape w you .or you will have to pay $2.50 bc the UPS Store doesn't loan out tape. ( Even if I printed my own label ), I still needed tape. "Please don't cop an attutude w the employees .They are friendly, professional, courteous, & only doing their job! Now, if you are frugal & want to go to Dollar Tree in the heat or cold, & pay $1.00 well, what can I say ! ( it was my fault for not bringing my own tape ) I learned a valuable humble lesson today after paying my $2.50. I appreciate the full explanation the male packager professionally gave me . “My experience with the cashier and manager was great. Had I not encountered the rude lead or assistant manager, I would’ve given them 5 stars. The cashier was a woman, I don’t recall her name, she was extremely pleasant and super helpful! The manager, made a provision to assist me regardless of the error being my fault. The lead or assistant manager, instead of stating unfortunately we can not, his words were you need to ask him, pointed at the manager, if it was up to me it would be NO in such a rude tone! It’s not what you say it’s how you say it!”
“All representatives are very helpful and friendly. On our last visit Patrick helped us out with an office chair that we had purchased that had an issue. Patrick called the store in Metairie, since his store was out of stock, and had them just switch the part out for us, instead of bringing entire chair back. Danielle at Metairie store was great also.”
