Horrible service, the Manager at this location is racist. I called Petco Corporate and was told that someone would contact me within 24 hours. No one has contacted me back about this matter. I'm very upset how my 6 year old and I was treated. Beware if you are black they would do anything to stop you from buying a fish here. Manager here acts like black people are not capable of taking care of a fish. Do not waste your time like he did ours!

My second trip here and I'm so glad I decided to come here because 1. The staff is so wonderful even tho they are currently going thru a renovation.
2. My last location was so far away and nowhere as great as this location for grooming.

The cashier asked me if I wanted to round up and let them keep my change. I asked "what is it for?" The cashier said "so you have less change in jingling in your pocket" (not for animal charities) I said "no thanks". He then laughed, and made a big show of putting the change in my hand and said "don't spend it in all one place".
PETCO...I'm not interested in being shamed into giving you more than the total of the products im buying. Is this a cashier trying to make money on the side, or is this money going to Petco?
Update: I got a pre written form response from the owner which simply implies: "I don't care"
