“Everything was as expected. The work was performed well and in a timely manner. Shane and Dixie were very friendly and helpful, letting me know what options I had, how work was progressing and conveying my instructions to the service tech. I will return to the Harvey location next time I need to service my car.”

“Our truck caught a flat, luckily this repair shop was down the street. But it was later in the day and the shop was about to close. They told us we can park it there and then get it serviced the next day if we’d like. We stay pretty far so I just needed to get a spare or used tire to put on just so we can get it home. I bought a used tired and this bald guy said they don’t do service with used tires. Which is okay. I proceeded to leave, and the guy came out behind me and threatened to tow our truck in a few hours if we didn’t move it. He was so rude about it, I couldn’t believe how he could be so rude for no reason. I didn’t mind moving it, but why say that we can park it there and then threaten us Another guy came out and helped us out. Which was VERY sweet of him. It’s just so sad how people can be so rude and mean for no apparent reason. At least there are some good people left in the world. Sad that one person can tarnish a good reputation w/ a really bad attitude.”

“The gentlemen customer service was 10/10! it was my first time going and now i’ll be going there always to get my oil change & any other car services. My friend & i was offered a nice cold bottle of water while we waited as well.”

“Although it was over the last several months, the last few times there were pleasantly surprising. I say that because the staff seemed to take pride and ownership for the customer's experience with "logical triage and teamwork" to keep everyone happy and satisfied with smiles while keeping the lines moving. (An excellent experience that one might expect from a trusted small town privately owned mechanic shop where everyone knows each other). I wish I would have posted sooner to remember their names, but if it's the same crew, I'm sure you'll see for yourself.”
