Just arrived there at 9:15 or so, all the open signs were on and even the time on the door said they opened at 9, along with maps also saying they open at 9. But the door was still locked, it looked like a ghost town. No people or anything. Quite annoyed by it since I was trying to avoid the huge rainstorm approching but will go to another metro.
