It was a pleasure working with Charles! I like how he worked with me in this process and his way of finding a good lender, he sent all my documents over through docusign it was easy as Themis is a hard and long barring process. He explained everything to me and sent reference videos. Would highly recommend in your home buying process! Thanks again! Closed 3/15/24

My husband and I had the absolute best experience working with Max Mortgage. Charles was very patient and will literally go over and beyond for you which he did for us from the beginning to the end of our process. After being denied by our bank and told that it was not possible to obtain a loan we reached out to Charles for help. On our initial phone call I explained to him all of our circumstances and what we were previously told and he immediately ensured me he would be able to help us. Reaching out to Max Mortgage was the best choice we’ve made and Charles is truly God sent. If you’re reading this review right now just go ahead and give them a call I promise you won’t regret!

My experience with Mr. Charles was amazing. He was very considerate, diligent, most of all extremely knowledgeable on how to handle my situation. From the beginning of the process to closing Mr. Charles helped me with everything and streamlined a quick process. Working with Max Mortgage was one of the best decisions I could have made. The process had a few hiccups but Mr. Charles went above and beyond to make sure I understood and felt comfortable throughout the entire process. His patience and professionalism was nothing short of amazing. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely go with Max Mortgage (Charles Pharharm) without a doubt!
