Yesterday I went to matches firm to get some new pillows and the customer service was amazing! The location I went to was the one on 1523 Manhattan Blvd Harvey, LA 70058 United States. I was held by Adam I found everything that I needed. His expertise help me find the perfect pillow for myself.

Went to buy 2 twin XL mattresses. Got home with 1 XL & 1 regular twin. Not about to take the bed down to return it. Disappointing!

Good experience overall. Only complaint is one of your salemen insisted on wearing a mask. I told him I couldn't understand him and ask him to not wear the mask. He kept it on anyway.

Andy was so helpful. He was able to answer every question and was so patient as my daughter tried out different beds. Our experience was great! We have purchased a mattress and bed frame and will definitely come back the next time we need a new mattress!

Don't do business with Mattress firm and buy the warranty you are wasting your money. I asked for some paperwork showing that I bought the extended warranty and they didn't get me anything saying what was covered and what was not covered. They just gave me a little pamphlet and it doesn't even tell you anything. So I tried to cancel the warranty and they said that I could not do that. Andy was my salesman and I paid cash for it. So I don't trust doing anymore business with Mattress firm. I am looking for another place now to buy a mattress. But it will definitely not be mattress firm!!!
