The manager was very helpful but the girl sales associate the next day was very unprofessional she started off by sitting down when I was speaking with her and played with her ear buds and cell phone. She could care less unless you were buying something. i even called the corporate office and they didnt care. No customer service what so ever. Finally the delivery guys were very unprofessional and rude. Save your self the time and headache go somewhere else any where else...I don't know why this place is still in business.

I came in to make my final payment so I could get my stuff sooner and I still need to wait a week because they don’t have it. How you going to sell me something you don’t have. I was told if I pay it off sooner I could get it sooner but I still gotta wait. I been sleeping on an air mattress. I’m very upset.

Clean business, plenty of parking. The manager, Brian was there to show me various mattresses and listed pros and cons and price points. He was very attentive and accommodating and set the delivery date. I waited to do my review until I slept in it, though.
Delivery guys were quick and in and out, polite and friendly.
The mattress is very comfortable, and my shoulder and hip didn't hurt the next day!

UPDATE... The mattress I bought had a cushion "cooling technology" top. I find a month into using it, the top doesn't breathe at all, and it causes me to sweat if I lay on one side too long. Kind of like sleeping on plastic. Avoid the cooling technology tops!!
