My family's experience here was 1st class. The entire passenger side of our 2021 Silverado was damaged in an accident. They got the truck repaired just like new. The customer service is awesome too. Ms Ruth is so sweet and understanding. Thank you to everyone at Manhattan Collisision Center for taking care of our family.

This review is long overdue. The Manhattan Collision Center is one of the most reliable, thorough, and honest full service auto repair shops I’ve had the honor of having service. The team is very professional. The receptionist is so efficient and kind. Once you drop your vehicle off, they take it from there. They will communicate with your insurance provider as well as the rental car provider. I highly recommend anyone, especially any female that need a car repair to give Manhattan Collision Center a call. As women, we are usually considered weak and vehicle illiterate. At this Center they will explain to you your options and honest recommendations. Also, most importantly…your car will look like straight off the showroom new. I guarantee you will be thoroughly satisfied and probably writing a review about your experience!!!

Excellent caring staff. Thank you Ruth and Mike. Good communication. Exceptional attention to detail. They had to search far and wide to find my Honda replacement bumper. Do not recommend. I chose this place to get my vehicle repaired after an accident and they did a TERRIBLE job on my car. When I went to pick it up I had scratches in several spots still there and the paint job was the worst I had ever seen. They had to take my car back and fix it while sat there and when I got it back the paint job was still terrible and still is, it very smeared and unprofessional.

The absolute slowest collision center known. They do not do complete inspections at all. Every-time I received a completion date I would not hear from the company at all until I called to check if my truck was complete.No full inspection for damage was done to my vehicle when it was brought in which resulted in them needing to order a new part every single time they went to complete my vehicle. My completion date was changed 5 times...The vehicle was brought in November 29, it is currently March 3 and I am still without my vehicle because they waited a dav before completion to send mv insurance the invoice. Requiring them to hold my truck until they had the payment and they're closed over the weekend.Horrible communication, slow, and no sense of priorities for their customers: I would never recommend them to anyone!!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I can honestly say this .. I definitely recommend to anyone with a collision problem but have patience. They really work hard to satisfy their customers by making sure everything is put back together on your vehicle. It took a minute to review because I wanted to make sure everything was good a month later to be sure . I thank you guys again. Ms. Ruth and ms Crystal was helpful through my whole impatient process. Definitely was worth the wait

This is a copy and paste because this shops owner is also the owner of big easy collision and they will try to send your car over there so read carefully before you let them send your car to big easy So I'm not one to write bad reviews because I just don't care enough sometimes about the situation but when you spend thousands and it don't get fixed then it's an issue. So I brought my car here to get painted ,ceramic coating ,tint and a protective film put on. Got there told them everything I wanted and they told me everything they could do for me and perfect. After maybe an month and a half get the car back and it's not right at all paints drips paint bubbles some parts didn't even get painted some parts weren't even ceramic coated some parts were ceramic coated with out even being paint corrected and as a big detailing fan myself I know that if you don't correct the paint before you coat it it wont stick or last. So I call back and tell them the problems. ( bubbles on paint drips forgot to completely ceramic coat some places of the car and overall not a good job.)They tell me to bring it back in a week because the manager and the owner who was the only one that did the protective film were going on vacation and I had to wait... cool no problem after a week I drop it off a month later pic it up no tint because they don't have a tint guy but offer the service ?? I don't know how that even works. they couldn't protective film the car cool no problem I can live with out it. But it's funny how the bubbles and the places that didn't get painted the first time didn't get paint the second time and after washing it I even notice that they cheap out on the layers of ceramic they apply my roof prolly got one coat as other parts while my hood and doors got the correct amount. so now instead of bringing it to them a third time ima just go pay some one else to fix their mistakes because their so disorganized. so conclusion if you don't really care about your cars paint go here but if your into detailing and so called professionally installed ceramic coating DO NOT GO HERE. BAD SERVICE BAD COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE MANAGER AMD THE WORKERS.

I work for an insurance company. I can confirm this shop is the WORST shop south of Baton Rouge. They have created a narrative that insurance companies don’t pay claims and don’t pay for damages. When every insurance company knows that Manhattan is notorious for charging excess storage fees and unreasonable fees and then when the insurance company doesn’t pay things that THEY DONT OWE Manhattan tells the customer “see insurance companies are snakes” when in fact Manhattan is the true snake. EVERY time I have a customer saying they want to use this shop I tell them they charge fees that we don’t pay and every time they say “okay well I won’t use them.” I will make it my mission for as long as in the insistence industry to take business away from this awful awful place. I had a lady just today tell me that Manhattan no longer accepts checks from insurance companies and I told her that is between her and the shop and she said she will be taking her car elsewhere. I fought the good fight today, here’s to many more!

Took my car in for repairs and my car was shipped to another body shop in Plaquemine Parish. The communication with both body shops was horrible, the repairs was not best at all. I would suggest you not use this body shop for any repairs.

Took my car here to get it fixed after a small fender bender. They said they needed two parts and estimated 6 days to get the parts and get it fixed. They had my car for 7 weeks. I got a total of 5 updates(they promised two per week). I had to call constantly to find out what was going on. They had all kinds of excuses. I finally had to call my insurance company and the better business bureau to get something done. Don't get me wrong, they do good work, but holy buckets. Don't expect them to get things done in an acceptable amount of time. Also, bring cash, they charge 3% more if you pay by card. I feel like they don't care one ounce about the customer.

Cart hit our vehicle, no big deal, insurance claim. Dropped off vehicle to fix the passenger door, complete in a few days - awesome! Not so much. Upon inspection, they scratched our passenger window and put the car logo back on crooked. They said they would fix the window. Took three months for the window to come in and that was only after we called repeatedly asking for an update. They always said they didn't know and would call back with an update. Not once did they call back. Finally took the vehicle back for them to fix the window. They said it would be done in a day - cool. Not! They replaced the WRONG window! So once again we had to wait months to have the correct window replaced. This whole process took 6 months for a simple fix. They never did fix the crooked logo. Husband was so frustrated it didn't go back again. This place is so unorganized it's not even funny. Do not recommend!

Well if you're here it's hard to say that you love it. But they worked on my girlfriends car and I couldn't fault the work so I'm going to let them do mine too.
