“We need to print our tickets for the essence festival. I was worried that we wouldn't be able to find a place then we found FedEx. The staff was helpful and we were able to print our tickets for less than two dollars for the three day event.”

“The UPS store here is very nice. The worker was very polite and efficient. There was only one other customer there besides me, and she was in & out and so was I. It's located in a good safe spot. I live near a different location and use it regularly, just happened to stop here this once cuz I happened to be in the neighborhood, but if I ever need an alternate UPS location, this will be the one!! ?”
“This store is under new ownership and runs smooth as a whistle. I walked in to a small line, yet was out the door within 3 minutes. No nickel and diming you over tape. The prior owner was a total bum. Good riddance.”
“Horrible service, the young lady didn't know what she was doing, No one came to help either, she couldn’t locate my account in the system so I had to pay more for shipping my package $62.00 my discounts were not applied and she was not knowledgeable at all. The workers and management knew she needed help with the computer obviously, and they didn’t step up to help. Now I have to email the company to get a reimbursement wasted my time and money. Horrible service.”

“Great location not only for hotel guests but also French Quarter / CBD residents who don’t want to drive or Uber across town.
I returned my Cox modem earlier today and the person who helped me (Jimmy Jr?) was extremely pleasant and helpful. Couldn’t ask for better service.
And for everyone complaining about a $5 fee, I say this. I’d much rather pay $5 than $40 in round trip Uber fees to go to the Claiborne store. And FYI, there was no $5 fee to return my Cox equipment as Cox has an account there. Another pleasant surprise!”

“FYI, if you're going to return any box from Amazon or whomever, be sure your box is taped up ! Bring a roll. packaging tape w you .or you will have to pay $2.50 bc the UPS Store doesn't loan out tape. ( Even if I printed my own label ), I still needed tape. "Please don't cop an attutude w the employees .They are friendly, professional, courteous, & only doing their job! Now, if you are frugal & want to go to Dollar Tree in the heat or cold, & pay $1.00 well, what can I say ! ( it was my fault for not bringing my own tape ) I learned a valuable humble lesson today after paying my $2.50. I appreciate the full explanation the male packager professionally gave me . Sorry, there are no pictures today,
