Our truck caught a flat, luckily this repair shop was down the street. But it was later in the day and the shop was about to close. They told us we can park it there and then get it serviced the next day if we’d like. We stay pretty far so I just needed to get a spare or used tire to put on just so we can get it home. I bought a used tired and this bald guy said they don’t do service with used tires. Which is okay. I proceeded to leave, and the guy came out behind me and threatened to tow our truck in a few hours if we didn’t move it. He was so rude about it, I couldn’t believe how he could be so rude for no reason. I didn’t mind moving it, but why say that we can park it there and then threaten us Another guy came out and helped us out. Which was VERY sweet of him. It’s just so sad how people can be so rude and mean for no apparent reason. At least there are some good people left in the world. Sad that one person can tarnish a good reputation w/ a really bad attitude.

So I make an appt for a front end alignment a week away. I get call the day of service not to come because of machine issues. They didn't give me a reschedule date. I call the next day inquiring of the service. I'm told the machine is fixed but it's now three weeks out before I can get the alignment! I was there a week before but was told the tech was on vacation. Customers are obviously not important. Unacceptable!!

They don't do oil changes on older cars. WHAT? I have a 1995 Corvette. Can't even change oil and filter? Okay.

So I follow the direction from the previous concerns. I called Luckys auto at 7:40 am stating to speak with ******. The associate states he's not there. I go on to explain that I wanted an alignment and was referred to talk to ******. He then ask preliminary questions, name, etc. He comes back with the same statement from my previous inquiry on Fri 7/28. that the earliest for my service is Thurs 8/24. ****, your msg didn't get to your associates desk as you stated. The associate did state in a friendly manner that if I needed earlier service to go somewhere else. Auto repair facilities are like accountants, most are good, it just depends on where they put your numbers . I tries to keep a good rapport with one service center instead of multiples. That didn't work!

What's not to say. Prices are comparable, you can schedule your maintenance, drop off or wait. Sometimes the guys will even offer you a ride home. I've been using them for 15 years not once have I had to bring anything back that they worked on, which was absolutely done in a timely manner. Oh the guys are friendly ,LOL. If you call ahead they try to schedule a day and time that may fit your needs. Due to their quality work and friendliness, their always busy !

I took my car to get front end alignment for there price of $69.99. After waiting 10 days for appointment, I was told the price is $69.99 to $99.99 and my car would need a steering sensor reset mandatory for additional $37.99. They then told me if they couldn't align my car it would be a $39.99 alignment check charge. So, guess what, they couldn't align my car because mechanic said my outer steering linkage needed to be replaced and it would cost me $540.00 for them to do it. I purchased the parts for $30 dollars and replaced them myself , which took a total of 45 minutes. So if the parts were $30.00, they were going to charge me $510.00 for less than an hour of labor. I would not recommend this place to anyone! DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED OR ALIGNED AT LUCKY ROGERS!Service: Wheel alignment

As a AAA member, Express Car Care was the first automotive repair shop to be displayed when I was using the AAA app for a tow. I was hesitant to use them or any other place for that matter being that I have a mechanic but he was going out of the country and I needed my car serviced ASAP. I ultimately decided to have my car towed there because if it's an AAA preferred shop then it must be reputable and I'm glad that I did.Steve called me as soon as my car arrived and was extremely courteous and professional. He assured me that once the problem was diagnosed that he'd call me before doing any work and that's exactly what he did. I appreciated him thoroughly explaining the diagnosis and answering all of my questions. As a female, I oftentimes feel like I'm getting taken advantage of, but that was not the case with Steve and ECC. I picked up my car the same day (Thursday 6/22) as when it was dropped off. The harmonic pulley and crank shaft had to be replaced. It was more than I wanted to spend ($574), but it did end up being less than originally quoted ($628) and my car drove great.Unfortunately, I had car trouble again on Friday, 6/23. I pumped gas, drove off and all of a sudden the temperature gage shot up to H and smoke began to come out from under the hood. I immediately pulled over, called AAA and ECC and spoke to Steve. He again, assured me that they'd diagnose the problem and get back to me. Because it was a Friday and late in the afternoon, my car wouldn't be ready until the following week. Fast forward to today (6/27) when Steve called to say that I needed a new radiator reservoir tank and that it'd be $268. Again, I wasn't expecting it to be that much, but it's better than a cracked radiator. When I went to pick up my car Steve was out, so John assisted me. I mentioned that it was the second time bringing my car in two days and he, without me asking, removed the diagnostic fee. My bill went from $268 to $139. Needless to say that I was very relieved that it was a simple fix and much more affordable. While some may say that I paid too much, it's irrelevant because I also paid for honesty, professionalism and quality work serviced by good people. I will be taking my car to them moving forward. The location is easy to get to and their hours are convenient. I also like how big the shop is, the way that it is maintained in the interior as well as the exterior. There's no trash, tires, broke down cars or anything of the like around there. And the customer service is stellar. A big thank you to Steve and John along with the rest of the employees at ECC!

I brought my vehicle into this shop for the first time with an oil leak, coolant leak, cylinders misfiring, a horn that didn't work, and a turn signal/tail light out. All of this considered, it was a slightly expensive job. The shop kept me updated every step of the way and provided extra information when requested without an issue. My car was ready for pickup 3 days after I dropped it off- I was super impressed with that! As a young woman who isn't super familiar with vehicles, they explained what they were doing to fix it and why, they didn't push anything I didn't need to repair the vehicle, and were extremely friendly. They provided a 1 year/12,000 mile warranty, offered a more than fair military discount, and have the best customer service in the area! Also an AAA approved shop. You will not regret taking your vehicle to Lucky Rogers!

I'm very disappointed in the service I received, sometimes when my car's engine warms up it stalls, it will start back up and it doesn't run hot.I was told for $7500 plus labor they would put me a used engine, he said your engine is shot.If he didn't want the job, he shouldn't have charged me over $150.Service: Electrical repair
