I'm planning to spend more time here, as I complete current home & garden projects.
I love the non-frantic environment here, compared to the competitor's store. I also like cruising Lowe's Garden Shop and Outdoor Furnishings department. I've discovered cool, new-to-me succulent varietals, and the selection of pots & accessories is superb. Décor is fab, also.
What I do not like here are the mandatory self checkouts! (I don't go to these stores to work. ? I'm here SPENDING money.) Fortunately, this week's trip for garden risers was salvaged by a pleasant & professional young man who rang me up at Self-Service himself. Kudos! ??????

I just wanted to share a great customer service instance. QUEENY MACK gave excellent service and knowledge on more than one occasion. She helped me with a refrigerator last year, it's perfect lol. Two weeks ago she assisted me with comparing water heaters and brands even though it wasn't necessarily her department. She was knowledgeable and took her time even though we were nearing closing.

I had been remolding my bathroom and kitchen I made several major purchases until I purchase a bathroom vanity when my contractor begin to install the vanity it was broken I noticed the box was half open but I still purchased it because the salesperson had to get it from the top shelf so when I brought it back I had picked up the wrong receipt I only wanted a replacement they refused to give me an exchange They ask for my address which I know they had my address in file and what I brought the manage person was so rude at that point I wanted to bring every single item back I had purchased in the last week Loews will never get another dime of my money ever

My family and I purchased a washer and dryer for delivery on March 8. It was delivered not to long after and the employee was supposed to install it, he claimed they both couldn’t fit and left the dryer and washer uninstalled. When we attempted it, it fit just fine. Although everything wasn’t in place correctly due to how the employee left it. When we called back for installment we were met with the same rude and unfriendly employee who refused to help us again because it was already put in and he would have to remove it and put it back in again, just being lazy. He belittled us and left shortly after arrival. Then when we tried to request a refund after it not even being past 30 days of Lowe’s supposed “90 day return policy” they tried to play us out of the money claiming it’s really “48 hours”. Horrible customer service, would never recommend this location to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

I've Never met such a helpful employee, Victoria in the plumbing section is the best, her service number is 10. Give her a raise because she knows her stuff and is definitely a people person!
